“This is hands-down, the best men’s clothing store in the city. They have a high-quality selection of really unique clothing that are really really freaking cool and nothing else in the city, even matches it. The men are always dressed so sharply, and they are so kind in there as well. I got a beautiful bag the last time I was there at the Peabody that looks like Joseph and amazing technical Dreamcoat. I highly recommend us to anyone who is visiting Memphis or lives here. It is not inexpensive, but it is 100% worth it.”

“I called with a tall order a weekend before a funeral and this team delivered well before I needed it. I had a sudden death in the family and needed a suit for the funeral that was 5 hours away, and I know how long fittings and alterations can take. I called on a whim Thursday morning, and Rob said he could have all suit ready by Saturday. I went over that Thursday morning. He found a suit, took my measurements, and said he’d let me know when it was ready. Afterward, the shoe sales advisor, Lee, assisted with various shoes to match the suit. He did a fantastic job. The afternoon of that Thursday, Rob notified me that my suit was ready. I picked it up the same day I went in. This team goes above and beyond to serve your needs and answer your questions. They know what they’re doing. You won’t regret it.”

I read a couple reviews here that initially made me hesitant to order from Grivets, but because I really wanted the shoes and they showed them in stock, I went ahead.Soooo glad I did! Lauren in Customer Service was friendly and helpful with a question, price was comparable to everywhere else, and the shoes shipped and arrived quickly. Shipping was free due to order total. “Absolutely one of the best shops to get all of your greek and imprinted apparel! They have a wide selection of items for each organization, they quality is great, and the price points are very reasonable. I love all of the small trinkets they have as well. I purchased shirts, buttons, pens, and more for myself and sorority sisters and all of the items are super cool and nice pieces added to my collection. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. “You can’t find any better than Courtenay at the Poplar location for American Tux. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was fitted and had everything done on time. I came in from Tampa because of the hurricane and she not only helped with getting my tux but comforted me and was as nice as can be. Highly recommend her for the best service you can find!!”
“Have been there several times (East Memphis location) and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Good selection of nice-looking clothing. Oversized customers like me have very few options when clothes shopping. And the stuff can get much pricier per item than clothing for regular sized adults. But that just comes with the territory.Join their mailing list and you’ll receive frequent offers for discounts on your purchases.Store is always clean and tidy. Dressing rooms are comfortably spacious.If you have to order from them by mail the turnaround time is short and they typically get your stuff in the mail very quickly. They shipped my last order for free but I can’t remember if that was standard or due to the size of my order (which was only $80).”

“Outstanding experience at the 5.11 store in Memphis. Sales associate Isa is an exceptional employee. Courteous to a fault she went above and beyond her duties in order to find the clothing I was looking for. She procured them for me by special order and by transferring them from other stores. She diligently searched the internet for everything I was looking for. She also made several phone calls to confirm the orders. I am completely impressed with her and she is the reason that I will continually return to her store. Bravo to 5.11 for hiring such a diligent employee!”

Lawler .I have not owned the clothes long enough to get a good gauge on the long term quality of the garments. There have been a few small quality issues but it has always been taken care of quickly and professionally. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for custom clothing .”

“This store has been around for years and I have never been disappointed in the service, the clothing, and the ambiance that is created for this community. You go in for a shopping experience and quickly learn how much they care about their clients. Any time my husband and I have an event we are attending, this is my go to spot for unique pieces. They have a range of clothing items, shoes, accessories (hats, belts, sunglasses, etc.) to complete a full look as well. They also provide tailoring services. If they don't have something in your size, they will order it for you. The quality is lovely as well. The next time you have an event or if you just need a casual outfit, stop by and ask for Mr. Jimmy. He will take care of you!”
