The entire staff at Memphis Restaurant Supply are "Down Home Friendly." Its hard to find a nicer group of people. They stock/carry good quality equipment too.

Memphis Restaurant Supply! This Restaurant supply house is only there for there own good and the customer will be sold parts they do not need , even when shown pictures and explained what seem to be the problem. When comforted with the mistake they help make , they become angry and resort to bullying to the point of telling the customer never come back!!! No effort to help solve the problem just hurtful comments about the service crew and there lack of knowledge!!!! That was after The owner was ask and had agreed to help with the parts selection. No way to run a business. We will find another Restaurant Supply to do business with! Sad for Memphis , we need good suppliers that help us not hurt us in the time of need!!!

Neal and Gail and their staff were a pleasure to work with. They are a great local family owned business and treat their customers with the utmost respect. We have been very pleased with the service we have received though all of the years we have been in business.

Neil Mcdonald the owner is very experienced and what he does and has been very helpful to me. I would recommend anyone in the restaurant business to do business with him I would not go anywhere else.

These are some the most knowledgeable and friendly people I deal with. Answer all my questions and have on hand 95% of what I need always. Neal, Pete, Max, and Gale are top notch. Always use them first. They are professional and doe not matter if you are a regular every day contractor or a walk in customer, they always help and provide great pricing and service.
