Memphis Finest was incredible. They were professional from the first phone call I made, our vehicle is beautiful and literally looks good as new!My husband was in our 2019 Toyota Sienna when he was rear ended by a u haul on 385. Memphis finest repaired all the body damage we had and you literally can't tell anything ever happened to it. I would recommend Memphis Finest to all prospective customers. Their services are top-notch ?They went above and beyond to get my car back on the road! Aldrea, contacted my insurance company and worked with them to get my CVS Axle covered. The body work done on my car after the collision was exceptional, the car looked like a brand new one.I was satisfied with their services and so glad I chose them. They kept me informed about what was being repaired on the car every step of the way. I can not thank Memphis Finest enough for a job well done. I had my car towed to this location to be repaired. My car did have extensive damage but I was told they could repair it. They waited until I was prepared to pay for services to tell me that they couldn't repair my car. When I tried to claim the car as a total loss they didn't allow the adjuster to look at it. Horrible communication and horrible service definitely wouldn't recommend!My lender wasn't even informed about my car being there until months later when I was prepared to make a payment. Again I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Extremely unprofessional and very poor service was provided. I was told they never seen someone pay 9000 to have their car repaired. This made me not trust the business with my vehicle.Its true you should have insurance on your car but you definitely shouldn't be misinformed and taken advantage of as a customer seeking service. It's only one person in the billing department at this location. You can't have someone's car for months and when they are prepared to pay ask for storage fees that they were never aware of. I'm sure these other reviews are from family members etc. I am speaking from my actual experience and service provided to me.Service: Body & Trim

I was looking for a Body shop to perform work on my automobile after an accident. All of the body shops that I called were giving me a estimate date of job completion of mid- end of January. ( This was mid December) I kept looking through Google and came across Memphis Finest, with whom I was very skeptical of, being that I had never heard of them. But since they told me that my car would be finished in a week, I proceeded to allow them to do the work.? Oh I was VERY, VERY PLEASED. The Owner was sooo people friendly. And the work was AWESOME! I hope that I don't ever have to use them again. At least not for accidental purposes. But if I do, I will definitely come back, and I Highly recommend them. ??⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Services: Painting
