I have had several service calls with MCC for my company’s postage machine and the tech responding is normally Sam. He’s very knowledgeable and patient with walking me through issues over the phone to troubleshoot. My last problems he sent a photo to show what I should see, and it helped tremendously. Thanks Sam and keep up the great work and customer service/support!

I submitted a request to have our keypad serviced. The technician came out within the same day. He was enthusiastic about his work. He explained the quirks of the keyboard. More importantly, he fixed another problem with copying irregular sized pieces of paper. He also answered all my questions, and the ones he was not sure about, he researched and found an answer. His name is Steve Alley and he was wonderful.

Joe, the original salesperson, provides expertise for solving your security issues and brings quite a bit of experience and commitment to the conversation. He makes suggestions on how his products can minimize or alleviate your security concerns, and he's thorough on how his products will ensure that your business handles its security issues efficently and effectively. The technical guys are also exceptional, and in particular, Michael. Michael is a solutions-finder. Toward the end of the project, I realized we had several areas that were without coverage. Even though he's not a salesman, Michael handled that conversation with a solutions-mindset, remaining committed to ensuring we were satisfied with the final product. With a few adjustments (because he's a technical guy who knows how to solve the problem technically), Michael used his solutions- and task-based mindset to fix the concerns and complete the project on time. Chris and the other technical guys all were constant and effective communicators, efficient at completing tasks, and extremely professional.
