**Exceptional Service from Jeff Webb at Memphis Collision Shop**
I recently had the unfortunate experience of my fully paid-off truck getting rear-ended and totaled. Navigating through the aftermath, particularly with my insurance company, State Farm, was incredibly stressful. They were not offering me what I deserved for my vehicle. However, Jeff Webb at Memphis Collision Shop turned this challenging situation into a more manageable experience.
Jeff went above and beyond at every turn. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the different variables at play to ensure I achieved the best possible outcome. His expertise and patience were invaluable during this difficult time.
My truck had several aftermarket parts installed, and Jeff personally assisted in transferring these to my new vehicle. He advised me throughout the process, ensuring I was not at a loss in any way. What truly amazed me was Jeff's willingness to go beyond his job duties. He even operated a forklift to move my aftermarket camper topper to my new truck.
I was completely shocked when Jeff told me I didn’t owe him a penny for his extra efforts, only asking for a good review on Google for his business. So here it is: Jeff Webb and Memphis Collision Shop provided me with outstanding service, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Jeff, for your exceptional help and dedication!

My family has been coming here for years. We love this place. They always do fantastic work, you can't ever tell the car had work done in the first place. They've replaced mirrors, windshields, grills, and other parts from accidents. I recommend this place to absolutely everyone. The people are always friendly and they leave your car spotless and in excellent condition. If you need collision repair, come here!

Memphis Collision Repair took on my late father's 2006 Buick Lacrosse which had been stolen and crashed. This was not an insurance covered repair. Can you imagine the time and patience required to scour the globe looking for parts? This past winter was an icey one in Memphis, and everyone knows Memphians drive stupidly in these conditions. All body shops were busy and who wants to repair the mangled front end of a 2006 Buick? My father's car is perfect. I was treated with utmost courtesy and empathy, which matters to me. I would highly recommend Memphis Collision on Chiswood. They are very responsive and very friendly. They repaired my Nissan Rogue and it looks AMAZING!! They took the time to do a detail check to ensure it was repaired right. Made sure to do an alignment, and check the calibration of my front camera. They also vacuum the inside. Also, told if any issues, don't hesitate to come by to get it addressed.I highly suggest going here!! A++++ quality work!!

I had got into a car accident in February of 2023. This shop was one of the preferred locations for my car insurance. I choose this shop due to location to my house. Memphis Collision Repair Center. The absolute worst business of any kind I’ve ever encountered wasn’t for my wife I would have sued them!!!My wife paid them over $700 for dance, bumper and hood!!!They only painted the hood. I was so upset if my wife wasn’t there I’ll probably been in jail please I’m not a violent person, but the manager act like he didn’t care go there on your own risk.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Please do not take your car to this place. I had insurance claims, and they still put used parts on my car. I also had to return so they could fix the same problem. Integrity is everything to me.
