This is not a good place to get a car from they say they willing to work with u but it’s all a lie they just looking to take money from you but never work with u berry is a very rude person don’t know to talk to black peoples or not looking to help us out I was paying my car note every two weeks until I lost my job I miss two payments them came & told my car & they still want me to pay the car note & I don’t even have the car

Do not get a car from these people! They are a predatory lender in disguise of a car lot! They lure you in with the minimum requirements to legally LEASE a vehicle with salvaged titles (run the VIN before purchase) and finance it for twice its value They priced it from the beginning. If they somehow repossessed the vehicle they'll sue you for what you owe on the LEASE. Save yourself the headache and go someplace else. If I could give 0 stars, they would definitely qualify.

LOCATIONS. They are the most rudest, unprofessional, careless, selfish company I have ever did business with. Barry in Memphis is so nasty and RUDE. They sold me a lemon and 3month into having my car would not fix it instead called every day for a payment. If they say I’m lying I have proof I can upload. I will never ever refer anyone to them. I pay $220 bi-weekly faithfully and they will not fix the car. Please save yourself the headache and go to another company. How do your title be a set price but accumulate interest and late fees? ??♀️??♀️

waiting for a Manger or even the owner to call me back about my title for my car paid off in Dec. 2022. Took them until Feb 2023 to have me come in and then they screwed up my paperwork and in June had me come back in to do over, after me calling them every 3/5 days and still haven't gotten my title from Mississippi. Mississippi states they don't have my paperwork again....And i called every day for 2 weeks now always a he will call you back... lolBuyers beware.....

You have to be a fool to buy a car from them. 1st they Jack the prices up on their cheap car's and then charge you a extra fee to pay the bills.Avoid them at all costs.

I bought a car from the Memphis location in 2020 had my Volkswagen for 2 years had about 8 payments left the motor went out the dealership came picked it up from my house I was told by management I would be able to purchase another vehicle when I was ready well liars wen I got ready to purchase the new manager who's name is Rick said sorry we can't sell you a car without any explanation I'm a great paying customer only had a few payments left that is so bad for business and his attitude really was horrible..no worries Memphis location need better management

Car messed up 7 days after driving, actuator arm literally fell off intake! Rear tires were bald with wires showing but car was parked so they were on the pavement! Tried confronting them with the intake arm and they said it wasn't like that when it left, even though their so called mechanic didn't know what I was talking about until I showed him! Received no follow up to help like they said, I voluntarily surrendered the car and now being garnished for remaining balance without being in court or notified by letter from their attorneys! Just another criminal dealership that doesn't care about their customers
