“The Diabetic Store use to be one of the best places in ******* but Not Any More. I spent more than a few minutes trying to order an Easy Touch pin needle, should have been easy. The customer Service contact didn't have a clue. Then he said he would have to check the warehouse. Then he hung up on me. I called back and the second *************** up on me. The third guy was very nice and by now i'm pretty hot. He try's to help me but I can't make him understand what I want. He said you will have to talk to the Pharmacy and that he didn't know that much about Pin Needles. By now I am real exasperated. While I was chatting my wife went to Easy Touch.com and ordered exactly what I was looking for. I will be using other sources in the future. This was a Bad Experience”

“Reva has been the most helpful home medical professional that I have had the honor of working with in the past two years. I am a caregiver for my mother-in-law, father-in-law, and my mother. I have had to jump through hoops with three different insurance companies and medical suppliers in order to supply those in my care with the necessary medical/home health supplies to ensure their safety at home and on doctor’s visits. Reva has worked tirelessly with me in order to ensure that my mother is provided with a very necessary wheelchair. Without it, I would be unable to transport my mother to the many appointments she has every week. I appreciate Bailey’s Home Medical equipment for staffing such a knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful representative. “We frequent here whenever we need to refill a kegerator CO2 bottle. They don't actually refill them but exchange for a full bottle. I was initially hesitant because I had a brand new bottle but with my exchange the bottle I received was a little bit worn. The appearance doesn't really matter the product and bottle are fully functional so it's really just a psychological thing.”

“I was afraid after reading the reviews that we were in trouble since our insurance changed and our previous company would not cover the cpap supplies my husband needed. However I have found this company goes above and beyond. I dealt with Lauren and she has been fabulous. She called our previous provider who had not sent the records after NUMEROUS conversations with them. She called me back and told me she had taken care of this and Baptist received the records. Each time I have contacted them they have been extremely nice and helpful.”

When I called to find out if I could purchase dry ice and to make sure they had some available, the simple answer was "Yes ma'am, that's what we do for a living.
