Some Mattress Firm IT issues delayed the actual store purchase and again with the warehouse pickup, however the personnel where all very accommodating and professional. Am anxious to begin using the product tonight!

This was a great shopping experience. From calling about what I was looking for to going to the store to check out the memory foam mattresses it was a very easy, pleasant process. Bought a mattress in a box, it was loaded in my SUV and brought it home! I highly recommend this store. Great customer service!

The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. She patiently let me try a number of different mattresses, telling me pros and cons of each. They have a good try and return policy as well, which made the decision easier to make.

Idk her name right off but she didn’t waste time and she was straight forward , it was a very pleasant experience. I’m waiting to receive my order in a few days and I’ll let y’all know if I receive what I ordered and if I received it within the time that she planned it.
