I definitely had a great shopping experience here at Matress Firm with my salesman Jerald with a J. I felt less like a customer and more like family when visiting as I was very nervous before stepping in. I did get to try out all beds for as long as I needed that were to my comfort levels. Jerald was very knowledgeable of each mattress and made sure I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing any bed before I was ready. I was comfortable knowing I didn’t have to buy when I was unsure during my first visit and I was able to come back in to take a feel for my mattress before purchasing. I definitely appreciate Jerald and his team for a smooth purchase and I definitely recommend this locations Mattress firm as they make you feel at home and ready for your homes purchase(s).
