I had a terrible experience at this Mattress Firm. The sales guy (Laith) told me an untruth to sell me a mattress. I needed the mattress quickly because family is coming to town. First he said four of them were in stock, then he said they will have one available in a few days and then I found out when I went to another Mattress Firm that it would not be available until the 16th of November which would have put me in a bad situation, but apparently he didn't care. He was only interested in selling the mattress. Laith (the sales person) reminded me of a used car salesman trying to sell a lemon . . . They don't care about the issues you may have after the purchase . . . They just want to make the sale. I ended up leaving the store because I was very concerned that I would not get the mattress in time and decided to go to the Mattress Firm on Poplar - South where I met a Matt (awesome guy) . . . I had an amazing experience there and gave them five stars on their review . . . I also bought a beauitful new temper pedic -luxe mattress.
