Gets the job done for a quick rest but the rooms aren't cleaned very well. We had a bunch of dirt/debris next to the bed and a weird yellow stain on the comforter. I tried to get some work done while I was here but the wifi SUCKS. It kept cutting out and I almost lost 2 hours of work.

Room amenities were fine. My biggest area of dissatisfaction was the noise. You hear EVERY single door that’s slammed shut and they all slam shut. There was a kids soccer team staying there and they put me smack in the middle of the group. So much noise! The service is also incredibly slow at the bar/restaurant. They need more people working because it is a busy hotel. They did have security posted outside to help with the car break ins, so at least maybe they’re making progress there.

Love coming here!! The staff is amazing and Kierra at the front desk takes care of me every time I come here!!! She is so accommodating and professional. This young lady is the bright light in this dark city!!! I'll come here as a titanium member as long as she is here!!!

Fairly nice place. After reading reviews, I was a little worried about parking lot security, but we had no issues. Room was recently remodeled. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only downside - watch out for the convenience store and bar prices, they are high.

Marriotts are my go-to. This hotel is dated. I believe it is in the process of receiving updates. My room was clean. My bed was nice. The location is challenging.

I’m giving one star because this hotel is aware of the break-ins and haven’t done much to protect the guests. My car was stolen off the property and nobody noticed. When I informed them it was stolen they were so nonchalant about it and said it happens. The security isn’t 24 hours and there are no cameras to watch the parking lot. Worse experience of my life. Maybe restrict the ability for people who are not guest to enter and have security patrol 24 hours and hire loss prevention.
