As of late the mapco on park avenue has lost its friendly service today Dec. 13 2025 about 1 30 pm went in to put gas in my car when I swiped my card it was declined. Although I knew I had money on the card I then remembered it was locked. The cashier working the regustered was rude first he commented I didn't have any money on the card, as I was unlocking the card he then very rudely said next time make sure it's unlocked before you come in the store. I stated to him that he didn't have to be rude and he rudely kicked me out of the store. As of now that mapco will never get my business.

Marwen act like he don't never want to be at work and be having an attitude.Don't want to put your stuff in a bag and never pay attention. I be having to repeat myself 3 to 4 times. The ice tastes like soap, so my sure to raise it off. I go here at least 5 times a week when I'm working so this isn't a one time thing. Smdh I don't understand why come open or buy a business if your not going to run it right🙄😒🤦🏽♀️

Restrooms are filthy filthy filthy! I've spoken to them about this on several occasions. The guy reply was that it had been cleaned. I said No the sink looks like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Floor dirty, no soap. Since the ladies are not there anymore, now Noone cleans at all. Workers are not friendly at all. I asked a question about a price n he just said he didn't know. They were too busy on their cell phones. It's 2 people on the register n only 1 customer in store. This was my favorite stop for gas n food but not anymore. Filthy bathroom just made me want to throw up. I buy there n I expect a clean restroom

Well, my last one got deleted, so I'll post again. Went in yesterday to the employee at the register watching a terrorist-esque video that he purposely positioned in a spot I could see it(he adjusted it when I walked up so I could see it better, speaker had a full headscarf and gun) that same employee spoke to my buddy recently about his religion and how he thought women should cover up which isn't appropriate or any of his business. I'll keep posting in case it keeps getting taken down

Seems like all of the old staff is gone. And I don't like the way they did this. I've been going there over ten years. I will truly miss them. With that being said.I won't step foot in this location ever again.

With the recent visits me and my family made over here, it feels like what made this location so welcoming is slowly going away. They got windows behind the cashiers and the people we used to see often not being there. It put us off and we are looking into not going anymore. The only thing this location is missing is those slot machines. I worry it's going to eventually become a place for junkies and won't even be a Mapco store anymore. They even got rid of the slush machines in favor of something completely different. It was great while it lasted.

I have been racially discriminated by your staff in this mapco store. I have been to this store more than once. Whenever this male employee is on duty, his attitude is rude and racist. I have been treated very unfriendly!!! His words are full of anger and disdain， I sincerely hope that your human resources management can replace this bad employee!!! Because I come here every week and I don’t want to see him again!

Shelves are bare, employees are constantly talking on their phones. And leave people waiting in line for 10 to 15 min, as if they are to busy stocking shelves but shelves never get stocked, the drink cooler is down to stuff no one buys. Unprofessional

Credit card was stolen using their gas pumps at this location. Whoever got the number has now tried to use my card at 5 other MAPCO locations around Tennessee with a successful $200 purchase in Nashville before I could get it cut off. DO NOT get gas here.

late nights and early mornings are the only times I can get out, so I heavily rely on 24 hour places like this. the last three times I've tried coming here they've had the door locked due to a "system reboot." Of course the employee was chilling in their car each time. I understand it happening every once in a while, but three times in a row at three different times of the night is ridiculous. Its a freaking Mapco so I don't expect great service, but I do expect it to be open.
