This is beyond sad. It’s 3:00 and she had this foot locked for 40 minutes. The sign initially said 20 minutes system down but if the system down how are you counting money closing and opening drawers, this is ridiculous DONT go here they always look the door before they closed or just always some with them

Good experience. Cheapest gas and smokes I've found in Memphis. The lady working the counter the night I went was pleasant and helpful.

Horrible. Isn't this supposed to be a 24/7 location? This is absolutely absurd and unprofessional, at best. I literally have no gas in tank at the moment and I'm in the middle of making a food delivery. Why isn't the gas pumps working correctly?! Why isn't anyone on duty to assist customers that may be commuting at the late/early hours. Instead there is an employee that sits in their car and steal time all while on looking patrons struggling for assistance. This is beyond me and I would love to see a positive change to this location's atmosphere. They are also sitting in the car stealing time. This is supposed to be a 24 hour location. There is still a window that can be operated to complete transactions even if the lobby is closed, so there is no excuse. Truly despicable. I am a loyal MAPCO Express customer and this is making me second guess on even supporting MAPCO ever again in the future. The employee on duty drives a tan color BMW and is a white male. Please get rid of him. He has no regard for helping MAPCO's paying customers.

i went this morning no hello when I spoke I was stared at like I was being disrespectful the drink machine was out this am I informed the red headed cashier and she just stared at me. Im here often but I think Kroger will be getting my business from now on. These people are very rude disrespectful and just unprofessional Mapco get it together
