This truck repair mobile service is a scam! They came out and used a laptop to properly diagnose a failed control module in my freightliner, removed the faulty module and then proceeded to take my money and give me the run around for 6 days using multiple excuses and lying to me more times than I can count. I logged 38 phone calls (a lot of them unanswered). The control module they took had a trade in value of $1000.00 and they disappeared with it then a few days later told us they had a new one and then showed up with a used one that wouldn't work, lying about it the whole time. I fired them. Called another t echnician who promptly got the job done. I had to pay another $1000.00 because Mahogany still had my original core. Do not give these guys any money and don't let them take any of your truck parts with them. They will scam you.

Do not trust this company .. they are theives and will steal your parts not answer calls and then steal money out of your account withput your knowledge if you've paid them anything with a debit or credit card

Takes your part and then never answers .. when they show up at 7pm and expect to get paid but our office is closed .. they steal your parts and refuse to answer phone Then they start stealing money from your account .. dont give any credit card info at all!!!

Absolutely theft and robbery.. charged for parts. including batteries an alternator, new ignition coils that were never used. did much damage to my truck. More details will come but I see that they continue to do this to other people. If you've experienced problems with them, please use my first initial, last name to email me at gmail dot com so that we can discuss. DO NOT trust this company to touch anything you own!!!! road rescue sent these crooks when we broke a leaf spring. not only did they over charge for the spring, it wasn't even the right spring. now I have to take the RV in to have the correct one installed. they charged me for parts and "supplies they never used. they spent about 45 minutes on the repair and charged for 2 and more. i could go on. if these people show up if your on the road tell them no thanks and wait for someone trust worthy.CROOKS!!!!!!!!

Don't trust these people. I will soon disclosure all the experience that I passed through. He charged me for parts that he didn't change. Charged me to change my U joint because he hadn't put well tight after putting my transmission back in place and my drive shaft fell off when he was drive testing it. In a truck, you know what happen. When a drive shaft falls off. All air lines were broken after it fell.He said that he had a pit to work on my truck but, in reality, he had a driveway which was where he did my service and I could check over the night whenever he was not there anymore, because he prohibited me to go check on my truck (that's when I realized that he wasn't changing all the parts that he made me buy, also sold me some). He also made me park in a lot that he stated that it was him who took care of the parking and towing, so he said not to worry about it. In the end, I had to pay $2640 to recover my trailer and he said that he didn't tell me about anything. I'm not finished yet. If he replies, I will continue to put more information. About my $13k that was supposed to be $4500.

this company is a real rip off. They only want money just give you a unfixed truck back! They bill s*** you all day with an unfixed situation!! and the website says they are closed but clearly they aren't! Thus the type of business that only wants money, they will not fix your truck! they put ruined parts on your truck so you can come back then expect YOU to repay for what they did not do!

HIGHWAY ROBBERY AT IT'S BEST. Called these guys for a road service on 3/20/2022, Truck lost all air pressure. Diagnosis was a bad Air Dryer valve, charged us 1,055.64 parts and labor, road service and all those extra charges. Got the truck running, paid them, everything appeared to be ok until the truck arrived at our home terminal. At our shop a month later we realized they BYPASSED THE AIR DRYER and never replaced any valve!! Unbelievable. Stay away from this place.
