I dropped my phone off to be fixed. I go back to pick my phone up, they tell me that they partied my phone out to fix another phone after I was told it was ready for pick up. That was very unprofessional. This wasted my time and gas. I came all the way from Olive Branch, Mississippi. My phone is how I make my money I am a independent contractor and a mobile mechanic. Then the technician was very rude and sarcastic about the situation as if they had done nothing wrong

I went in to get an inexpensive cellphone. They were great, explaining the options, and I left satisfied. Shortly after, I was in the market for a tablet, and had not thought of one with built in cell capabilities. This has definitely helped with access issues.They were also helpful in combining the numbers for multi line discount.As soon as I can, I am planning on moving more of my business away from one of the major national companied to one of theirs. Sure is nice to be able to deal with a local business.

I needed my phone repaired at 7:45 pm. Not only did they repair it they were so nice. Excellent work and fairly priced. I was told at Metro PCS the phone could not be opened...total lie!!!! Bring your phones here for repairs they are the BEST❤️. Hometown Memphis girl talking!
