If I could possibly rate Macy's in Memphis, TN- Wolfchase Galleria a lower score I certainly would. I traveled from another state for hours to shop at Macy's. The store appeared to be an unorganized and junky place of business with little to no sales associates working on the floors to assist customers. The two check out lines were very slow. I was shopping for a very pretty after-five outfit. What I discovered was, the dressy clothes were not pretty, they were intermingled with other non dressy clothing, much of the dresses in the women's department were falling off hangers, some even dragging the floor. There was no rhyme or reason to how clothes were placed and located. I compare this Macy's to a glorified over-priced Goodwill resale store.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Returning an item is completely hopeless. Would not recommend.

Oh. My. God. This is easily the worst Macy's I've ever step foot into. I walked in, saw the pathetic selection and displays and promptly left.

I visited Macy's Oakcourt Mall this past week and I normally receive EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! That was not the case this past visit. The Customer Service was HORRIBLE that I received from Jackie in the shoe department. She was not cordial towards me at all. She didn't want to answer questions and was very rude. During these times with EVERYTHING that is going on she made my shopping experience one I wish I hadn't experienced. I did speak with a manager exiting the building and I did express to him that the service she gave was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I was so HEATED that I failed to get his name, but he will remember being told this after receiving this review. I hated I had to give the 1 Star because she deserved a 0 Star rating, but I'll give that Star to the Lady in The Polo by Ralph Lauren area. I really wished she could have serviced me, but I wanted to purchase some shoes. OVERALL JACKIE IN THE MEN'S SHOES AREA IS HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO POSSIBLY CONSIDER ANOTHER AVENUE OTHER THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE SHE'S NOT TO GOOD AT OFFERING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! She made me wish I shopped online and I see why more people are shopping more online because going into the stores you deal with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went to Macy's to buy a suit for my deceased brother. Personally i had no idea what size my brother needed. The salesman Paul made me feel as if I was getting fitted by my personal stylist. He looked at a photo of my brother and gave me his size. He continued to help me pick out a suit with all of the accessories. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you so much for making such a difficult process easy!

Worst customer service ever. I'm a loyal Macy's customer but by far this store didn't appreciate me as a customer. Walked in looking for a luggage bag for my flight home and there was never an employee around to help me. When it was time to pay I had to approach two employees and ask them if could pay for the item. I asked them about the coupon they were clueless, spoke with two employees and a manager and they had no clue about store policy. There were rude and unprofessional telling me that I couldn't double dip by using a Macy's card discount with a family and friends discount or even my star money. When I was leaving the three employees were laughing at me because I refuse to pay with them since they didn't provide the service I expected and I told them I will pay with someone else. I will returned the bag when I get home since I will no longer shop at a store that disrespected me for asking a simple question that by the way it was never answer. My question was why can't use the coupon and why can't I use my free money I earned? Oh I actually knew the answer why I couldn't use the coupon it was very simple because the coupon was only for specific items and luggage wasn't one of them, but they don't know their own store policy and decided to give me attitude. Hello amazon better customer service delivered to my door in minutes with amazon now or prime. Good luck Macy's you lost me and my family as a customer.

I never review a department store but today was different and worth mentioning. I came here with my girlfriend to buy her a dress for a special occasion. We found two or three dresses to our liking. Keosha was extremely helpful and very patient. For 30 minutes, she helped us out and did not quit on us! You go!!
