I bought my daughter a dress from there and she picked out a dress that was showing a little too much in the front. So I asked if they could close the front up and little bit and they messed up the dress. She couldn't even wear the dress for her prom. Also the man that was helping others inform another associate that he was going to call security on me because I told a customer he was rude because she asked me what he said and I told the lady that he was very rude. I will never take my business back to them again. And they are high. Take your business elsewhere if you are looking for a suit or a dress.

Mrs. Teresa has to best customer service I have ever had. We 8 kids four adults abs and she made sure we was happy and oh my her patience is the key. I would never shop at another suit store. M&K is the best

M&K Store at Barnes Crossing Mall in Tupelo, Ms - Has The Best Customer Service. I was shopping for my son’s first prom & Mustafa was very professional, friendly and eager to assist us. I told him what I was looking for and he made it happen as well as gave us styling recommendations & customizations that were perfect! My son loved his tailor made prom suit! I have referred many people to visit this location because Mustafa is GREAT & very knowledgeable. We purchased all that he recommended & left very pleased. Visit this location & ask for Mustafa!!

I drove 10 hours and it was worth every minute. They were very professional, patient, super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend they to everyone looking luxury suits. Someone call 911 because my kids are definitely going to kill the scene.

Great customer service! I am very pleased with how my suit fits. They did everything in their power to make sure that I was satisfied and made sure I had my prom suit in time. The shipping was great. It didn't take long for me to receive the suit. I would highly recommend anyone who is in need of a suit to go to M&K Men’s Fashion. THANK YOU!

I would strongly not recommend this store to anyone. I purchased 3 suits from here for my upcoming wedding. I entrusted them with alterations. Unfortunately this is where the mistakes began. Another bridal party ordered the same suits with pink fabric to be placed on the collar and pockets. M&K mistakenly put her pink fabric on my suits. When she went to pick up her suits, she was given my boys suits with her fabric attached. She got my son’s number off our suits and called us to let us know what happened. M&K could not be bothered with informing me personally. I called and at first they acted like they didn’t know what happened and then admitted it. I asked for a refund- because who wants damaged suits? They REFUSED!!!! WTF???? You destroyed hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise and then don’t want to pay for your own mistake? And I get it, the fabric can be removed, but what about the sewing tracks???? I then get a second call saying the bride that called me was lying and my suits were never altered. That her groomsmen gave fake names for their suits! What??? They have to pay first so why give fake names for what you paid for??? So now you have the nerve to lie??? If the bride was lying, how did she get my number that was on my suits if she didn’t see them and hold them altered with her pink material???? I filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my funds that M&K refused to give me. M&K lied to the credit card company saying my suits were never altered!!! I have had to reopen my investigation to provide the 2nd bride’s information as a witness! Why should I have to do this? You screwed up! Give me a refund! It’s that simple! This is just sad! M&K has absolutely no accountability. I will never shop here again and you should run too.

yes I would recommend M&K Suits. Mr.Jay is the best. I live in Georgia and he had my suit ready for my wedding in a timely matter. Shipping was overnight which was perfect. I had to have a few alterations, which was expected, but over all they are great for your customized tuxedos. Will purchase again.
