I had a poor office experience today. This is the complaint I wrote to the front office. This email is a complaint about rude and unprofessional service by one of the staff. After taking off work early and driving 45 minutes to the office based on the receptionist stating I was good to come in for a Semaglutide shot. She looked me up in the system (asking for my name and DOB) I told her it had been some time since I had take the shot because at some point the office ran out BEFORE I came there. When I got to the office I was told that I needed to make an appointment. I asked for clarity as to why. She stated because it had been a while. I asked what the new appointment was for exactly(because I am the one paying and have a right to know). The front desk receptionist couldn't tell me why. I thought maybe I needed new blood samples or something so I told her that I had samples taken recently and if she could let them know because they may not be aware. She came back with the same response and I asked to speak to the person she was speaking with because I wanted to know what would take place at the office visit. A lady came out angrily and stated that I needed a new prescription(start over) and sign new documents (something I could have been told over the phone). I was okay with that until she yelled that I was arguing with everyone in the office. I told her I was sorry if she thought I was arguing. I just wanted clarity. I also requested for her to ask Dr Robin to be sure that I needed to come back (mind you that I had taken off work and drove 45 minutes based on the receptionist's information). Dr. Robin gave a clear understanding and I scheduled an appointment. The way the office personnel responded was crude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and accusing. I assume that maybe she thought I just came to the office on a whim without calling to verify that it was okay. My ask is that all information needed is verified before having customers waste time coming to the office only to be turned around in the most unprofessional manner. When I find a new doctor that offers the shots, I will no longer use their services. I like the doctors but that staff member put a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't trust her to do right ethically based on her unprofessional customer service. We a patients have a right to ask question and not to be called argumentative because we seek clarity. It's our money spending and our insurance that's paying their salary.

Not a real doctor office, a real waste of time. I been waiting months, and months for an referral. I went a few months back for something simple and they sent me kidney failure medicine to the pharmacy. I'm so glad the pharmacy noticed they prescribed me the wrong medicine.

I went to this clinic because a friend referred me Bethany is really nice but I just can’t give a 5 starts because I was in lots of pain I call and ask for a appointment and they told me my doctor was out for 2 weeks I ask for other doctor to see me and they told me until a week because they were book I went to er after that had to make a following appointment no appointments available the 2 week past and no appointments I went back with my previous doctor I will never comeback I had to report the clinic to my insurance because they couldn’t believe I being with swelling and pain for almost 3 weeks and no one call regarding a follow up so don’t waist time in this place you appointments can be at 8 or 9 and you will spend the entire morning in this clinic and no answers worse then going to the er

waste of time. No one was receptive to my needs and my medical issues. Just turned me away to another "specialist". Did not even look at or diagnose my issues! Pitiful!

don’t waste your time. i sat for an hour past my appointment time in the waiting area while 4 people who got there after me got called back. the front desk team is insanely lazy and disrespectful. will be notifying my insurance company of this unacceptable behavior.

My kids waited 3 hours and nurse practitioner came in talked really fast and did not address one of my daughters issues. She was there to find out about a shot for eczema, not addressed. Her head is bleeding and this has been going on a while. No relief. The other daughter was there for an issue and was suppose to have a prescription. Of course the prescription is not at the pharmacy, so today I called at 9:30 in the morning and I leave a message for the nurse to call me back. No one called me back. They close at five today at 4:40 I called and they were already closed. Still no returned call so aggravating to

Very rude on the phone. Hung up on me abruptly with no reason when I’m sick with covid and just trying to get some medicine so I can breath better. This is not the first issue I have had with them. Will be leaving this office and I advise everyone to go elsewhere.

All in all I really enjoy this place. The staff is friendly. Everything is nice and clean and I love Bethany. My only complaint is it seems to take 2 to 3 days to get your prescriptions called in after your appointment. That's a little concerning because I myself am on meds that are needed every day as I am sure many are. I am now coming up on day 2 of no meds.

If you’re looking for quality care, don’t waste your time here, literally! If you visit more than once, with reoccurring ailments, the NP seems to get frustrated with you. Ridiculous. Also, expect the visits to last beyond 2 hours, when intake and consultation take less than 20 minutes altogether. Oh, but don’t dare arrive 7 minutes late because they’ll allow you to sit in the lobby for 20 minutes only to rudely tell you to either wait 3 hours or reschedule for allegedly getting there past the 15 minute grace period. In pure disbelief, I was! Unprofessional and inconsiderate swindlers! Lauren doesn’t care about patients.

They never answer the phone on Saturday. My prescription runs out on Saturdays so I have to wait until Monday to get it filled. I called Friday morning but no one sent the prescription in to walgreens. This has happened multiple times.

This place has gone down hill since Travis Luncefords retired . They have no MD at this location and should be shut down . Lady answering phone said they are all nurses and the MD don't visit this location. They don't return calls the staff is incompetent . Never would recommend this place to anyone these days .

I have been a patient for 10+ yrs and all insurance information has been the same .I had a panel of labels done on 8/10/21 there - it was sent out as has been done many times except yesterday I received a $2,500 lab bill.My chart reflects my insurance and network labs - I called and the rude bookkeeper could only say ‘I don’t send out labs’ .I requested my $2,500 lab results mailed to me and won’t be back .

HORRIBLE Customer Service Skills by the Administration. I spoke to someone regarding my medication not being at the pharmacy (which I called 1st) and I was told "I just spoke with you pharmacist and they said you medication was there and that "you" do not know what you are talking about or whom I spoke to at the pharmacy that said you medication wasn't ready!" I have dealt with the same pharmacist and pharmacy for YEARS and I know that my pharmacist would NEVER say that about me or any other person.

The is the most unprofessional and unorganized place I have ever been to. The service has gotten progressively worst over the years. The receptionist is rude, incompetent, and needs to find another line of business. The fail to do appointment reminders, fax documentation requests, do prescription refills, but will hound you about $20 bills! The service is disgusting and this place has become a low budget clinic with extreme wait times! The turn over rat is ridiculous, but they seem to keep the same crabby, less than intelligent, smart mouth trash at the front desk that can barely follow simple instructions! Absolutely zero customer service skills and then when you attempt to report the occurrences everybody is conveniently unavailable!

I’ve had only the best service here. From the front staff to the nurses/radiologists to the more amazing FNP Lauren. Everyone is friendly and helpful and it’s always a pleasure to come here. I just recently heard that they offer echocardiogram at this location. I’m am actually doing that today.Keep up the good service !! Is truly hard to find here in this area.
