Pierre was the best person at Lowe's. We couldn't find what we were looking for and no help. Pierre gave me water and turned a fan on because it was super hot outside. He called for help but no one came. He went above a beyond.

43 minutes for curb side pick-up, lazy people. I noticed that there are just talking around and wasting time. I have to ask several times why it is taking too long and only excuses, and when finally arrives, the box was all messed
