If I could give 0 stars I would. We are ready to purchase a new vehicle. We first went to Acura if Memphis. Great service and great vehicle. We wanted to check out Lexus before buying. We go across the street and they are having a PRIVATE PARTY!!!!!! We were actually told we could not buy a vehicle tonight and all sales people were leaving. It was during regular business hours! Can’t wait to go pick up my new 2024 Acura tomorrow! You lose Lexus!!

This review is strictly regarding the service department. First and foremast, Park Harbour is a loud over talking racist who unequivocally shouldn't be interfacing with customers specifically women. I specifically asked the team to return my old parts which where under warranty and not blemished. They were thrown away or not provided back to me which left meIn a predicament to lose money.

Great customer service from Paige A. & all the staff at Lexus of Memphis. Had numerous conversations with her prior to my Lexus arriving & she was always quick to respond & helpful with keeping us updated. Once my vehicle arrived & we visited the dealership in person we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They truly make you feel like family. Highly recommend Paige & her associates for any of your new Lexus needs.

Joey was super professional and very accommodating. I was scheduled for a loaner, when I arrived however, none were available at the time. He gave me the option to have a sitter ride home or come back when a loaner was an available. He promptly called me back within a couple hours later informing me a loaner was available and to come at my convenience. Lexus staff are always welcoming.

I had the most incredible customer service from this Lexus. A few months ago, I was moving from Cleveland, OH to Dallas, TX and my Mum and I were driving through Memphis on the way down. I had my car overloaded with things from making the move and as we were driving we heard something near the rear left tire snap and pulled over to see what happened. We noticed the damage, looked up a Lexus dealership and found that we were about 20 min from Lexus of Memphis. We barely made it and pulled in at their literal closing time (think 5:59 pm as their closing time is 6 pm). I was so sure someone would tell us that they couldn't help us since we got there so late. However, once there, we were attended to immediately despite our arrival time. Johnny was the service representative who helped us and was absolutely amazing, just beyond kind. He was so incredibly warm, smiling the whole time, making jokes. Absolutely no sign of frustration at our very late arrival. He got to work looking up our details and told us he'd help us to get a loaner vehicle for the evening. One of the managers, Gary (I believe), was also there at that time as Johnny was helping us. They both assured us they'd have a look at the car and encouraged us to just find the nearest hotel and that they'd give us a call the following morning. The next morning we considered that we might need to buy a new car if they weren't able to fix whatever broke, so we decided to start looking while waiting for them to complete the work on my vehicle. Our sales representative, also named Gary, was phenomenal. Another kind, gracious soul who was extremely thorough in showing us the ES hybrid that they had available (I actually have now bought a new ES and it's Gary's amazing display of all the features and sales pitch of the car that really sold me on it). Ultimately, we were taken to one of the manager's offices (Gary from before) and as a last gracious act he explained to us that something had broken in the car from sheer overload, advised us to de-load the car and ship things rather than continue to drive with the weight, assured us we'd be able to make it to Dallas (the technicians had fixed up enough of the car for us to continue driving it), and charged us ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for their service. I felt like I couldn't express enough thanks in the moment. The other Gary (sales representative) directed us to the nearest FedEx so we could ship things to offload the car and we were on our way. A very long review but my Mum and I will never forget the kindness and hospitality of this Lexus and will be eternally grateful for all of their help during a very stressful time. Words cannot express. Thank you so much to this amazing staff!

Johnny is the best! I have owned pretty much every luxury brand vehicle out there and as cars do, they need to be serviced. Johnny is the top service advisor I’ve ever dealt with bar none!

I visited Lexus of Memphis yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was fast. The agent was friendly. I am a very satisfied customer and will be back. I highly recommend this business.

I can’t say enough great attributes about my experience with Anthony William, and the exceptional experience while doing business with him at Lexus of Memphis. I was wanting to downsize out of my Escalade ESV, and I had an idea what I wanted, but uncertain of exactly what. Mr. Williams was patient with my indecisiveness while maintaining a professional attitude about it. I am now a proud owner of a Rx 450 hybrid …. I’m thrilled to be back in the luxury of a Lexus. My Very first car was a ‘02 ES300; I have missed Lexus ever since; no make compares!! You will never come in contact with a more honest, genuine, and professional salesman as Mr. Williams! Also, thank you for the wonderful candies, you know the way to a ladies heart post pocket book. Lifetime customer!!

I would like to thank Johnny Robertson in service for helping me in a crucial time. We were trying to help a family with a surprise gift and the battery failed on the Lexus RX350 just before taking it to her on a late Friday afternoon. During a very busy time for him he stopped what he was doing and got us in the shop to have it checked out. At 5:30pm we were driving away to surprise a very special person with her birthday gift. It would've never happened without your team stepping up and and going the extra mile. Thank you for all you did to make this special day happen. You guys are the best!!!!

Was here 6/28 had appointment at 1 o’clock. Brought my Sc430 here because the top wasn’t closing all the way. I just wanted my top closed and that’s it. I waited for 2 hours and finally asked for an update. Was told someone was looking at it. 1 hour later guy came out (who is supposedly a very experienced mechanic but obviously has not looked at my car) and asked what the issue was. He said the top was closed and I said no it’s not closed all the way air is getting in and the warning light is on. He then tells me the only way to fix it is to replace the motor ($$$). I said no actually you can manually close it. It’s literally in the manual. Guy says if I know so much I should’ve just done it myself and then he walks away. It’s over 100 degrees outside and I don’t have a garage or anyone to help me as it is a 2 man job. I spent 1 and half hours driving here and 4 hours sitting in their waiting room on my 1 day off. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my time. To top it off, I now have a VSC warning light on my dash that was not there before. Really just writing this so others don’t make the same mistakes I did.

Very excited about my new purchase Mr. Anthony was very helpful & polite great customer service he saw my budget & we went from there. I was referred to Lexus I went in just to look around & came out with a 2017 Acura the staff was wonderful I'm very satisfied & will be returning. So if you're looking for a great car & excellent customer service Lexus dealership is the place to go. And Mr. Ron was Great he's over the finance department he'll definitely get you where you need to be if your working on a tight budget & you want a low monthly payment's he's the Man to see.
