I changed my review to two star because the services provided by the doctors are great but the staff members have such rude and nasty attitudes especially the ones answering the phone. This is why I never understand what hospitality ppl talk about when mentioning Memphis because most here are rude.

This the best place for kids health the staff here are just great friendly people and dr Bishop is one of the best pediatricians around she’s been my kids doctor for years and we couldn’t be more happy ?

I’m writing this review as I’m sitting in a room with my child while he does a sleep study I’m in a chair trying to get some kind of sleep and I got woke up not once but TWICE with them asking me to fix the thing on my sons nose! I thought that was their job it’s 11:48 at night I guess parents don’t sleep while these child is here? I’m so over Le Bonheur. I mean it’s a OVERNIGHT SLEEP STUDY I’m tired. And that isn’t the only problem when we got into a room it was almost 80 degrees in here thankfully we got a fan after me complaining of course because they can hear everything you say. Then I asked them about the light she said they would be shut off when he goes to sleep but yet they are still on. If my husband didn’t bring me and my son and drop us off I probably would of done left already

My experience there started off great until I went in to give birth and it turned out they had not been communicating with the other main hospital that I was supposed to give birth at and had not been giving my spouse and I the correct information about my unborn child’s conditions and the way I was supposed to deliver. I do not recommend. My pregnancy was high risked Le Bonheur almost made things really bad for my baby and I.
