Diane and Michelle were such a great help. Very professional and assisted me in every way. One thing I admire about Michelle was her way of asking me how each bra made me feel. That’s important and I love the way Diane knew her stuff when it came bras and the specific fits and style.

I came here to find a bra 6/29 around 4 or 5pm. I asked the lady how big does their sizes go, and I was told they carry all sizes and they could go up to L. I was asked what size I am. I responded by saying I think I'm ... size. To which I explained why I said "think". I had went to get fitted for a bra at Trousseau and they didn't use a measuring tape to fit me. While I agree, completely unusual, I walked out satisfied with the bras I purchased. Their stock was just limited in my size so I went searching elsewhere. I had an unpleasant experience at Lane Bryant because I felt like my business was aired for the whole store and proceeded to tell another employee on how I should never go somewhere that doesn't use a measuring tape to fit me. And that by looking at me I wasn't the size they stated I was. She also went back on what she stated earlier and that they do not carry L sizes. I was handed two bras to try on. I was expecting to be fitted for a bra after the scene that was just caused about my not getting one at the other store. I wasn't even asked what the current size of the bra I had on was. I tried on the 2 bras handed to me. Both of them were too small. One was smaller than the current bra I had on and the other was slightly bigger but uncomfortable, and I was bulging out. The sales lady checked on me and I told her they didn't work. She went to get something else for me, but she took a while so I got dressed and came out the dressing room to look for myself. She was with another customer. I decided that since I wasn't seeing any sizes in an L, that I would just leave. I honestly will probably never step foot in another Lane Bryant again after that experience. Trousseau may have been a little unorthodox on how they do their bra fitting, but I will say that they were correct on the fitting in the end, and I purchased two bras from them based on the fit and their knowledge that they passed onto me on how to tell your bra is a good fit. They also have several other positive reviews. I just had to trust the process.

I came here a couple of weeks ago for a bra fitting. I was matched with the PERFECT BRA and bought a second one (ship to store pick up). I love my new bras!!! The ladies that work here are phenomenal and very kind. They were helpful and encouraging too. ♥️♥️

It’s the dead of summer and I went to buy a swimsuit, yet they had maybe 3 swimsuits in store to choose from and said if I wanted any of their hundreds of options I’d have to order online. Waste of time.

It was not a normal shopping experience. I did not feel comfortable shopping in the store compared to previous shopping experiences. The employees one weren't welcoming and following and hovering while shopping. I chose not to make a purchase after the experience.

The store was clean and organized and the associate that helped me was very nice. The only concern I have is one of the other associates was talking about the manager in a negative way while customers were in the store. She was complaining about the manager not allowing her to go to another store to work, as well as her only working one day. As a previous Manager myself, I understand why. God managers know the difference between good employees and dead weight. Anybody can show up, its what you accomplish while you're there that makes the difference. They need to explain to associates that customers are never to hear personal conversation, and you definitely don't curse in front of them.

Everyone there is so helpful, even when I bought and returned the wring size bra. They helped me find the right size and style and explained to me why the ones I didn't like were built how they are. 10/10 recommend
