I called ahead time to make sure they were open and what time they stopped i was told by a human 430 pm ct. 3pm on a monday they are closed last week on a friday they closed at 12pm

Worst place ever.The first day I got there at 4:15 because that's the soonest that I could get there from work. Yep, the door was locked early ?. So, I had to take a 1/2 day off work the next day to be seen just to take a drug screen for a different job before the deadline.I was the first person there and they called 5 people before me. Even though the screen showed me 2nd on the list. I was there for an hour just for the drug screen that took 5-10 minutes. Their communication skills lack. They are pleasant to whom they choose.

I arrived at 4 pm to find door locked and they were closed even though sign on door said open until 4:30. From other reviews this happens often Rating should be 0. Had to drive 25 miles now will have to drive 25 back as this is where my drug screen is scheduled. So 100 miles because they can’t be open when advertised!

I came for wellness exam for insurance and the insurance company told me that it was free $0.00. Not to mention I have more than covered my out of pocket deductible and the still wanted my credit card on file. That is unacceptable with the way people are stealing credit card information

Professional & kind staff. Wait room was pretty busy & packed but line moved fast (I had an appt). Desk staff were courteous and with good attitude. Lab staff were patient and nice, especially Sherry. I was worried given the reviews but I got in and out fast with professional service.

Do not waste your time and don't go there. I waited outside for 57 minutes from 1 to 1.57 pm and they didn't even show up. They don't want to work obviously. I know they have lunch hour from 12 to 1, but like I said, I was at the parking lot for 57 minutes and their office was closed. I left and went to Walgreens and I got service right away. Save your time and just don't go there.

There’s a sign on the door stating that they are closed for LUNCH from 12p-1p. The time is now 1:20. There are a total of ELEVEN patients to be seen and there is no one at the desk. No one has acknowledged us. We are not being, seen, assisted, and our TIME is not being respected. Someone walked up and unlocked the door at 1:03p, saying nothing, and walked away. If it were not MANDATORY that attend THIS location by TODAY for my job, I would have left at 1:03 when the DISRESPECT began.Update: A FedEx delivery driver has arrived at 1:24; due to the front desk still being VACANT, 25 minutes AFTER lunch, he left without delivering the package. I wish that I could do the same. Smh

I went to drop off a patient's bloodwork. Everyone was very friendly. The process to drop off could be quicker. You have to use the check in kiosk and it takes a while to complete. They should have a quick in and out option for nurses dropping off labs.

Worst experience ever. I was there for a drug test for my new job. I had to urinate in a cup. I told the employee that it was blood on the toilet she told me to clean it up. The employee was talking loud. She told a customer that he was getting on her nerves.

Scheduled for 4:15 arrived early finished checking in with the Kiosk at 4:01 and was turned away because I was not 15 minutes early. If you want me to be there 15 minutes early then have the appointment scheduled 15 minutes early? Kind of defeats the purpose of an appointment? Will never be back and LabCorp will never get a dime of my money!

After an initial confusion at the front desk, the staff was speedy and so kind!I was there for blood testing for a donation and the lady who helped me was so funny and nice. She explained thoroughly what the process was and elaborated her actions as she went through.Would recommend for any testing you need.

I had an appointment scheduled for today to come and do a drug test. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30. This facility closes at 4pm. These people called me and left me a voicemail at 2:33pm stating that I had to be at my appointment by 3:15pm or I wouldn’t be seen because they wanted to close early for the holidays. so not only did they allow me to schedule an appointment for 3:30 knowing that they didn’t want to work and just wanted to go home early they waited until the very last minute to call and inform me. No where on their website does it state that they will be closing early for the holidays nor do they have a sign on the door informing you of the time changes. Everyone knows companies only give you 3 days to complete the drug screening meaning this location completely screwed me!

I’m not one to leave reviews but good service should also be noted. The times that I’ve been there, it’s been nothing but professionalism. The staff gets you in and out in a timely manner. Thank you for being one of the few places that treats people with respect.
