I understand the manager was doing their job but this company has to freshen up on service animals. If they only knew that just asking ANOTHER question once I identify him as my service animal could get the company in so much trouble. Also that was un-needed stress that the nice lady manager had to endure today. Proper training please.....very nice and clean store!

I just won $500 I go back to the gas station. And the lady scan my ticket they going tell me they can't pay my dam money. . Going tell me he has to give me a money order.

It’s a girl by the name of I guess Shan’Tay I came for one thing and the whole time she was talking about her manager to us. It was really bad I just came for snacks not to hear her bad mouth a manager I just thought that was unprofessional not only that she didn’t want to help anybody with anything she just stayed on her phone I will not be back the store was horrible not to mention a man named Allen he was very very rude I couldn’t even get a word out I am reporting that shan’tay girl because I had my five year daughter with when she was cursing about her manager. That was so so unprofessional

Manager felt entitled & egotistical and was unhelpful in describing basic rules and policies about the store that he so call is the manager. Which could be said to be discriminating against customers because of it. Totally do not recommend here.

Restrooms and store was extremely cleaned. I’m weirded out by the changing table in the hallway between the two restrooms. There’s a lot of creeps in this world. Restrooms were big enough for a changing table in them. Seems like a busy store too. Gas definitely isn’t the cheapest either. I’d run a cross to the other gas station or somewhere else to change a child with a little more privacy.

I hate to give this place 1 star because the manager is a good guy.This review is not based on him but the employees who shouldnt be working at this store.This place always got issues going on here. Sometimes theyll lock the door while you inside and you cant get out. Other times their gas pump be acting up when you try to pay at the pump, youll end up having to go inside anyway to pay. Ice machine always messing up etc...But this issue im going speak about I cant let go. Let me break it down.Me and my sister come here all the time.She always get a wrap for smoking. She shows her id and ill pay for it. We have never had any issues. But today, the white guy made a big deal out of it. Even though my sister showing her id, he wanted to see mines because i was paying. I told him no other employee asked me for my id and if its a policy the other employees shouldve let us know that. He was being passive aggressive about the situation. I went ahead in showed my id. But i will never come back to this store.They need to hire people who knows how to show respect to its customers. They have too many issues here.I want be back.

There is a Very rude older black lady who works here . After my interview with Andre , who told me I had the job and to look out for an email(FRIDAY) . I called on today (MONDAY) as I haven’t received the email and wanted to make sure I didn’t overlook . I asked for the hiring manager she said she was not there , I said ok what about Andre she said he’s not here either . As I proceeded to ask when will either manager be in she hung up in my face . ? I called back she didn’t answer. I waited a few mins and called again . She asked me my name and said on don’t come back . I asked her what did I do wrong and she hung up in my face again. Just wow . If I had known this was the type of bitter nancies working there I would have never applied. I have reached out to corporate. Don’t ask for help then when you get people who want to work you have people like her who are rude, old with not many options so working at a gas station suffices so ok carry a nasty attitude. I do want to give Andre his flowers . He was very kind and professional. I wish I knew her name but she is old , dark skinned , wears glasses and has braids is there in the mornings and answered the phone

Won't sell lottery tickets if only one person there.I went in to buy lottery tickets and no one else in store.Alan would not sell to me.Won't even stop for gas now.Bad business!!!!!!!

The pumps were malfunctioning today sooooo cut them off or cover them. My debit card funds were held for 5 hours. The manager had the "typical" attitude like it was MY fault. I called back and apologized for my outburst but, l will never return to this store again.
