For a grocery store, Kroger gets excellent floral items. You can buy prepackaged blooms, arrangements or choose your favorites. I highly recommend all of them.

If you are looking for a store that is mis-managed, has sorry customer service, not very well stocked, has individuals that will straight out lie to you, THIS STORE is for YOU. On April 28, 2022 I went to the Pharmacy to pick up my wife prescription. Our last names are different but we both have been shopping this store sine 2014. The young untrained lady at the pickup counter said I need to see your drivers license. I asked for what reason. I explained that my wife had authorized me to do say several years ago. Since she couldn't give me a straight answer, the female Pharmacist spoke up and said that Medicare required it. I have been picking up both mine and her prescriptions at this location for 9 years and never been asked for this information and I also found it to be unnecessary and a hassle. In the past I was asked her name and date of birth only. I felt they were lying to me, so when I returned home I called Medicare and guess what, Krogers was LYING. IT IS NOT a REQUIREMENT BY MEDICARE. I will be moving my RX's to another Pharmacy and I now shop at Walmarts and Fresh Market.

The worst Kroger ever . The store manager is the worst at the customer service. Embarrassed me In front of other customers and his employees. They have no signs anywhere for limits . Then when you get to the register , the cashiers starts talking to the bagger . They they walk away to talk to the supervisor. Not even attending the customer. Totally unprofessional. Then when I ask if there is a problem. The cashier said there is limits on coke product. Then when I said there a

The store manager kicked an army veteran with Parkinson disease and his service dog out of the store and even threatened to call the police and have him arrested for trespassing even though the dog was dressed in his service animal vest and the old guy had his certification card in hand!

Thank you so much to the young lady Mikia who works in the ClickList department. She was working by herself today. She made sure that the customers received their orders. I knew the young lady was tired, but she was still working hard and with a smile. Kroger should be proud to have her as an employee. She was one person putting in the work of 5!! Thank you sweet young lady!!

We’ve shopped her for years. The staff is wonderful along with the management. As you can see they have great prices and on occasion they have AWESOME! DEALS! on their clearance items.

Only one checker is ever available regardless of time of day or length of line. This is extremely frustrating, particularly when there are employees overseeing the usually-empty self-check areas, and causes the customers waiting in the one line with the single checker to become unnecessarily angry. Management is clearly not interested in providing even mediocre service to its customers. I cannot recommend that any person patronize Kroger at any time ever.

This is the closest grocery store to my home. I prefer to shop Kroger with quicker check out lines. The addition of self check out at both exits was a great idea.

I used to shop here several times per week. I used the past tense because there'll be noooo more of that. Today I had the most horrible experience with a large deli order that was basically ignored by the staff and was only finally prepared after I had a hr long profanity laden, crying tantrum. The staff with the exception of Denise were rude during the entire ordeal that they caused. I won't say that I'm completely done with the Kroger brand but, that particular location will never see a cent of my money.. EVER AGAIN. NOT to mention, they deserve a -10 for store safety as something is always amiss. In 6 months there have been several robberies, purse snatchings, and a stabbing. Pass this one by folks..Trinity Commons is 5 mins away.

So, my Target closed . As a result I have had to decide where else to do my daily grocery shopping. When comparing pricing It seemed par for the course. Actually since there's no threat of shopping for anything but groceries it probably saved me money. I prefer this store over the one located closed to my house because I feel like the parking lot is just better. I am usually able to find a spot. I'm not walking around cars for what seems like forever, for me it's worth the extra time.

Kroger has really come a long way since the 90's. At no charge they offer to steam Fresh shrimp with Cajun seasoning and also season catfish of your choice of available seasoning. Less work for me to do when I get home. Great customer service!
