Overnight parking available in there lot. If it’s full they have parking on the street. Most park and then check in with guard shake. Check in start at 3-3:30

Slowest place I ever been got there at 10:50 pm for appointment at a11 pm and told to come back next day went back next day and was told I hade to set there until that night got in at 7pm that day out within a hour

Even if you have an appointment time you have to park on street, walk to guard house and register. After showing up 15 minutes before a scheduled 1800 appointment time. From registering to a dock assignment was 1 hourThen it took 3 hours before being unloaded. 4 hour total with being on time for arrival.

Checking in is a joke here. They expect you to park up the hill and then walk half a mile to check in. In the pouring rain. The truck staging area is usually full and you have to take a chance of getting a parking ticket on the side of the street that deadens into the driveway of this place.

Stay away from this location drivers!!I knew kroger sucks i thought they got better looks like they got worse! I waited almost one day to get unloaded!!half day in their trk parking and half day at the dock... Black list definitely for me!! ?

Nice guard shack arrived 3 to my 5pm appointment got door right away. 1 hrs later was out. fast to me unloading. no complaints
