Real management problem here. I called to complain that the private security at the door told me not to show back up because I wouldn’t show him my receipt. Been a customer here for 10 years. Whoever answered the phone forwarded me to the meat department and then hung up when it bounced back to them. They are playing games at this location.

I was in the area needed milk for baby they security guard say it closed at 10:50 and he said go to Walgreens or Exxon u don't evenwork for kroger I hate these area I live in Germantown and they close at 11

This is like a typical Kroger.
It feels like the staff really care but things just don't work out well for them.
We placed a catering order a month in advance. Then we checked the day before to make sure they would have the order ready on time. Sadly, they forgot to make the order because they were busy cleaning.
They offered to make the order immediately but it would take an hour. We took what they had and accepted the discount. It wasn't what we wanted but it was enough.
Also, the ice machine at the store didn't work so we had to go somewhere else for ice.

It's a descent grocery store that has shopping cars that don't roll properly.
I think the shopping cart bandit is messing with them at nite. Rolling is kinda important.

i bought a expensive Advil for $30 and the cashier was rude and didn't even put them in my bags , she kept it in front of her and i didn't realize and i went to go clean my car after so of course i threw away every paper . and then to find out she never gave me my item .

Needs better management went in to use the money service center. The manager informs customers that the money center is closed. Due to the cashier was on the station 1. When asked what time the money center closed she state 8p. She was asked can the transaction be taken over my leadership. She stated with a nasty attitude that “we don’t do that” Rentena was very rude and doesn’t care about the customers.

My local Kroger. Good hard working folks doing the best they can. Love them all and wish they were better paid and appreciated for the hard work they do from the stockers to the deli to the pharmacy and the click list crew. Everyone is overworked and underpaid, but they keep us in groceries and we salute them.

Why would you have to hold for 20-30 minutes for the bakery department? Constant transfers and hold music when I called THE BAKERY DEPARTMENT! They answer and place you right back on hold you don’t even get a chance to speak. I will be contacting corporate as well but others beware. It’s already bad enough the lines are extreme but you can’t even convince yourself by calling a cake in. Sad.
