The Kroger in Poplar Plaza: I was there to check on my prescriptions ( pharmacy drive thru) and the young lady who waited on me was extremely rude (Alyssia). She treated me as if I was stupid! I changed my prescription from this Kroger to CVS!! Until this incident, Kroger was my favorite store but getting prescriptions at this particular drive thru pharmacy is definitely NOT!!

Went to Kroger bc I need a prepaid Visa. What needed to be a 10 min trip turned into a 45 min trip.
My card was charged twice for the same prepaid visa but the cashier in self checkout kept telling me “it said declined for the visa”.
The manger came up and appeared aggravated as if it was my fault. My credit card was shut off because they thought it was a fraudulent transaction. They refunded the money but the headache it caused was enough to make sure I NEVER step in a Kroger again. Kroger- don’t offer gift cards if your employees/store manager don’t know how to use them.

The prices posted do not align with what is charged at the checkout. The store is often out of items and has poor customer service.

Everytime I go to this store, I never grab a basket but end up getting more than I planned but an employee will see me and bring a basket even though I say no thinks. I have not had a bad experience.

Very rude cashier/customer service specialist and No one answers the phone and their money services are never open.

They are rude they have a bunch of saved parking that are empty at xmass when they are need'd but I am expected to be yelled at by there employees to move when I can barely walk.never again will I or my family shop at Kroger I'm through.

i like coming here at night when it’s not crowded. usually end up getting checked out by Corey, they’re always very pleasant. it’s a small Kroger but it’s nice.
