Just left doing my wic,raneka was very slow I spoke she didn't speak back. Bald manager cut the line letting people skip the cash I r put most of my stuff back even though I scanned through the app and it had wic stickers....I asked for a kroger card and no one would give me a pen,not the one at customer service not her friends which I think one is Rachel with black spots in her face like she got aids or something and then the guys where staring and laughing yes I'm a firm belive blacked people should walk dogs or monkeys then have these types and yes I'm black as well and then I said sorry for the inconvenience she gonna say cause what you just say and with a attitude and one line come on now people....I would call in but in seem like all they attitudes were nasty so nothing would be done about and since I was a bump or something because I wouldnt pay the difference they wouldn't let me use they pen I'm assuming that's the reason I just threw the card away in front of them

This store has got to be the most poorly managed store in this city. They create long lines and inconvenience shoppers for No apparent reasons. A shoppers should have to stand in line 30min for a head of lettuce.....only in blk neighborhood .Southaven has 4x as many shoppers and I never experienced nothing like this at that particular store....just a sad situation for the elderly that have no choice.

This store never have workers at all the got this skinny black man in a red vest directing ppl to lines instead of getting on a register , I came to Krogers and only to 5 mins to get what I need and I stayed in line for almost and hr the last time I came I didn’t get groceries cause I waited so long I get the food in the basket and went home, this is the only Krogers like this and it’s not good business I know for a fact they lose money cause all you see is basket full and left

The Store is Clean.... Groceries are FRESH????... BUT I DIDN'T GIVE A FIVE STAR.... Because most of the time the Restrooms are HARDLY EVER CLEAN ? I HATE DIRTY RESTROOMS!

I am leaving Kroger today a very frustrated and feeling totally disrespected as a customer who is spending my money in support of this business. If I may, the business is Kroger. I feel Kroger is neighborhood profiling. Talked with corporate to ask about the seafood policy in place at the Kroger in Whitehaven. I was told each store can implement certain policies as they see fit. Therefore Kroger Whitehaven have implemented the policy of requiring you to pay in advance for seafood. I asked store manager was told policy implemented because of theft. Now mind you I shop at many other Kroger stores throughout the city and in Mississippi as well. I have never been required to prepay for anything. My question do theft only occur at the Whitehaven Kroger. Not only do we have to endure the culture of the store with includes employee rudeness, lack of and limited stock, poor or no customer service, lack of cleanliness, and the list could go on. I already feel like I am going to work when I go because of all the self service I have to do.. So now I am perceived to be a thief all because I wanted one pound of shrimp @ 6.99 a lb.

Only at the Whitehaven location is there a "customer service counter" that there is never anybody there for customer service. If you're lucky to get someone to answer the phone, they just put you on hold and leave you there.

If the store closes at 11 why do you guys lock the door 20 minutes before. I work late and need those last minutes to feed my family. Unprofessional and inconsiderate

This review is for the lady that works in the Pharmacy name LaBronda When I say shes a blessing I mean that Ive been up all morning stress worried how to get medicine for two of my kids that has the flu bc all Walgreens were out of stock call talk to her she jump right on it shes very nice and professional Thank u so much

No self check is available. 15-20 people per lane. People lined up to the back of each mile almost. The cashier was nice. This store really needs to get some reliable hired help!!! Low stock in the meat area, the shelves and freezer area ALL LOW STOCK and not a Mgr or supervisor in site to help the workers out!! Whitehaven Krogers is the worst!!!!!
