Worst Kroger in town. I only go here if I absolutely have to. It's the closest store to my house and I will drive to union(not that much better) or east Memphis before I go here.

I love this Kroger it’s my neighborhood grocery store. I’ve been shopping here fa years. I know most staff by name. On 6/20/24 I asked an employee in the meat department about why they didn’t carry simple truth turkey bacon. He was so rude & nasty with me. I had to hold my composure to not make a scene.I’ve never had this problem with any staff. I would appreciate if management would look into it. He was stocking meat in the department were polish sausage & stuff at . He was horrible ?? only reason I’m giving 3 stars today.

They never have enough registers or self checkout open. I don't understand the point of having them if they are always closed. People that work there are rude. Customer service desk is always closed or there's no one there. They obviously don't care at this Kroger.

This kroger never ever have no rolling cart, that you can roll and sit on while you shop. I'm never coming back to this location again. It's never no help when you looking for something. I rather go to another location.

I came to this location bc it's listed as being lgbt friendly but what did I encounter ? A group of 2 black men and a black girl, early 20s harassed me all through the store. Definitely won't be back

I tried to get cash back and the employee lied to me and said it didn’t go through because the machine wasn’t working. She copped so much attitude with me for no reason. It printed a voucher for her to get the cash out of a register and she tried to pocket my cash back. I waited off to the side to check my bank account & she was walking around with my money. I got my money in the end after calling her out. BE CAREFUL

They never stay open as late as the advertised time. Always close 10-20 minutes early which is egregious. Workers kinda suck too. I live within walking distance but will never shop here or any Kroger again. I'll stick with Target.

While I appreciate Kroger and their savings, their self checkout has got to be the worst of any store. It constantly harasses to make sure you scan all items and place them in the bagging area. Now I’m noticing that it’s showing video of you as if you’ve committed a criminal act. Fortunately the human interaction is good and the employees are extremely helpful. Would be a 5 star review if it wasn’t for their atrocious self checkout system. Kroger, please fix this!

Supervisor Cherry needs more training! She’s very rude and unprofessional! If something is listed at a certain price, there is supposed to be a price override. Then Kroger fix the pricing on the shelf. Not take the item and try to be unprofessional, laughing as if the customer is wrong!
