More times than not they will not have filled your prescription if your doctor calls it in. They are not consistent or reliable at all on checking their voicemail for prescriptions sent over the phone. I say this as a regular repeat customer for the last 9 years with no observed improvements.

Come on Kroger! Your profits are through the roof yet you have 2 self-checkout lanes open and 3 -manned checkout lanes open with no less than 6 people waiting in every line - even longer in the self-checkout lanes, with 4 or 5 lanes not even open! This is not how you should run a business. DO BETTER, PLEASE!

I was spoken to like a dog here. I waited and spoke to three people and all I was waiting on was them to tell me it would be 20-30 minutes. Then the tech told me I was not going to wait in her line or argue about it. I tried to tell her I wasn’t waiting in the line but she just raised her voice at me. I can’t believe how they treat people. I am from out of town just using them for an ear infection my infant. I’m incredibly disappointed in the attitude that young imbecile and how she thought what she said was even remotely professional. Wouldn’t use them again if my life depended on it.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The clerk at the drive-through window was woefully uninformed and rude.

I love this Kroger ! Every time I go here everything they have on the market side is fresh . Associates are helpful if you have questions and Will actually tell you where items are if you're lost . The store is always clean and baskets are restocked and clean. I find myself in this store 2/3 times a week now!

It's not the world's best grocery store by any means, but it's definitely the Promised Land of Memphis-area Krogers. It doesn't feel dirty or run-down like most others in the area. The deli and bakery always have a huge selection to choose from, and there's also a very impressive alcohol section with lots of wine choices at not-awful prices. I have tried to order a plate from the hot bar at the deli, but no matter how long I stand there, no one has ever come to help me. That's pretty much my one complaint. If the thought of going to a grocery store in Memphis makes you want to pull your hair out, you'll keep most of your follicles after a visit to this Kroger location.

Christi and her team rock!!!!! I went in for vaccine shot on Friday and was greeted promptly and when I was seen by Christi, we had a very pleasant conversation and truly felt valued.

Not the Greatest. If you get a prescription called in by a doctor be sure to call the soon after and tell the to fill it. Otherwise the won’t. After waiting 2 days I finally called and asked why my prescription had not been filled yet the told me oh we will get started on it bow and make it priority give us and hour at least.

Mgr Willy doesn’t seem to care about anything in the store but the front end. Passed me on to another mgr who didn’t show up nor answer the call when I was out on hold. Kroger just like Walmart think they are soooo big they can’t better themselves and don’t care about customers or their feedback. I will starve before I shop here again.
