I did the online prescription transfer tool through Kroger.com. A week went by with no notification. I thought perhaps I wasn't set up at this particular Kroger's for text notification. I drove there and the person working the front told me to go to a different Kroger's.

I got the absolute worst customer service ever! Every time I go there I have a bad experience. They hire people that bring their problems to work. I will keep them in my prayers because they have got to get better!
