I ordered a cake on my Kroger app, 6 days before pick-up, the app asks what time would you like to pick up your order, I picked 10 am, I never received the confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup, I called at 12:30 asked for the bakery, a woman picked up the phone, I asked was my order ready gave her my name, no your order is not ready cause I don’t get here till 10, so idk how it was gonna be ready, but I will have it ready bye 2, I said ok I get there at 3:15 only to realize that the Pokémon cupcakes looks nothing like the picture on the app and they are white cupcakes instead of chocolate, so I stated to her that’s not what I ordered, she then stated you don’t have to get that she called but I just called at 12:30 and you said nothing about not having chocolate, the lady at the bakery and her manager stated I don’t have to take the order with a attitude, I then asked to speak to the store manager because of there attitude and rudeness, this is the Kroger located on popular plaza

I spent a very long time filling my grocery cart tonight, and when I was ready to check out there was only one line with a checker. That line had a line to the back of the store, and the self-check line was even longer. I am diabetic and needed get home for medication. No one should have to go through that. So I had to leave my cart and go home.

I heard on the local Memphis news the other day that Kroger has decided to no longer provide their customers with cashiers to ring up their groceries and that most of their stores will be switching to self-check only. Way to go Kroger Corporate. Thanks for letting us know what you think of your customers and those who have patronized your business throughout the years. Well, good luck on trying to survive after making that move. You will definitely lose the senior citizens not to mention the SNAP recipients who purchase 2 and 3 baskets full of food per month. I'm taking my business to Walmart from here on in

The Kroger in Whitehaven at Elvis Presley and Shelby Drive is one of the worst stores I’ve been in!! Lately, every single time I visit the meat department to get cold cuts, it’s either there’s only one person working and they can’t cut my Bryan bologna because they have to cook cakes on the other side, and there’re the only one working in the area, or like today I went there, I stood in line only to be told that the guy in front of me was the last person he was going to wait on!! Come on now, all I want is sum Bryan bologna!! Really!! The customer service at this Kroger is terrible! The staff is short with you. Well not all of them, some are really nice! But a lot of them are mean, and act like they don’t want to be there! The store is not kept clean and presentable like the other Kroger’s I’ve visited! Please step your game up!! A lot of us work every day! No one deserves to be mistreated!! I would go to another location but I live right around the corner from this location! I shouldn’t have to go to another location to get treated right and shop in a clean pleasant environment! After all, we are spending our money in there , and deserve better treatment! Please do something about it!!

I picked up groceries at the Houston Levee store today and had the most unprofessional, rude Kroger employee. My shopping at Kroger will be a last resort based on my experience today. I tried to call the store and speak with a manager, but after 10 minutes of phone ringing, I gave up. I see a lot of 1 star reviews and can understand why.

The Kroger “pick up service” in Poplar Plaza sucks. We waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes before a lady came out to tell us they were waiting on the refrigerator items. After 15 more minutes I just left. I called the pick up phone number 8 times and NO one ever answered the phone. I then called the corporate customer service phone number and the rude lady there hung up on me and refused to even listen to my complaint…. This was not my first issue I’ve had with the pick up service at this store.I then called and placed another order at the Summer Ave store. Completely different outcome. They were fast, efficient and so much nicer than the people at the Poplar Plaza store !!!!!!!!!!!

No way to contact the store about missing items from online pick up orders. This has happened more then once and never an answer in any department at Kroger at 7042 Winchester Rd. In Memphis, TN. I’ve just written off items I was charged and paid for and shows it was in my order. You would be better off shopping somewhere else, I am.

Kroger Truse ParkwayI placed a catering order online through Kroger website and rec'd confirmation of pick-up date and time via email. The store stated it was cancelled when I arrived to pick up my order on the designated DATE/TIME 10/19/22 @ 11:30 am. There was no manager on duty at the store, I called 3 times to the Truse Pkwy location and placed on hold 3 times, and no one picked up. The first call, a young lady stated the manager has not made it in yet. I wondered the store must be running itself. Then, I asked during the 1st call if there were any manger I can speak to, she said hold on. I wanted and no one came after 7 minutes. I hung up called back and got the same young lady during the 2nd call. The same thing no results, I could not get anyone to help me with my issue with my catering order for my guests. The unprofessional thing about the 3rd call when I asked her was any manager in that store, she stated “I do not know, maybe they went to lunch”. I stated “So, the store is running itself”. The young lady said. I don’t’ know very rudely and then placed me on hold again this time 10 minutes. When I called your district office, they stated they could not find it. I am trying to figure out if an order was placed and I rec'd confirmation then it must be cancelled internally from the Truse parkway location. The manager at customer service located at your district office stated she could not find it. How was it cancelled if it could not be found by Truse pkwy to cancel it? I had 50 hungry guests waiting over an hour to eat. Then the CHICKEN I REC'D WAS NOT COOKED PROPERLY and thrown together after waiting 45 minutes for them to make it for me. I had to serve half-cooked chicken some were cooked though, not tasty as it should have been to my guests.Previously, a couple of years back after a bad experience with the rude deli workers. I vowed never to use this location for catering. I made a huge mistake in thinking it was the Mendenhall location, which is the greatest location in memphis!!!!! I forgot to mention I never rec’d the desserts. The baker was not in, I find that hard to believe in the middle of the afternoon on a Wednesday, I guess no one else like to order from this location either. Do not blame them! MY head hurts!!!!!!After calling district office, the 2nd time today (3: 45pm) I got a great rep on the phone and her name was “Angel”. Truly she was as she listened to me and was going to forward my complaint to higher management for a resolution.I called the Truse location back again (4th time) just to see if someone will answer the phone any time today. I called 2 more times before getting Valerie, who knew nothing at all. Literally nothing and very passive.

This is not a grocery store, per se. This is merely the location of the regional administrative headquarters for The Kroger Company.

I shop at the Arlington store. For convenience I do the “click list” every weekend. The past 6-8 weeks or so, I have been getting approx 70%or less of my order. They are always marking it as out of stock. Today I went in immediately after I picked up ny order. The items they had marked “out of stock” were all there for me to hand pick. I don’t think the employees are making an effort at all. I mark all of my items as “substitutions acceptable”. If I purchase a gallon of milk, the mark it as not in tick, instead of offering 1/2 gallon, or maybe a different brand. Today they marked bottled water as out of stock. When I went in 2 hours after placing the order they had pallets of water.I address my concerns (very nicely, probably too nicely) with the manager and he actually chuckled at my comments. ?♀️?♀️I will be shopping at the Lakeland store from today on!!
