I love this store. Every time I go i spend at least 100 dollars so beware lol. My son has autism so they have alot of things that he can benefit from and learn. I heard the one on summer ave was a little bigger but they all have the same things. If the store dont have it, I know they will. You have to check it out. Be prepared to spend but it will be worth it!!!

Ridiculous place ... brought 2 letters box .. wanted to return one cause one box had enough letters to do some sight words for kids, they refused saying that since the plastic bag wasn't sealed they can't do a refund.... ridiculous

The staff was VERY friendly. I went in with my 2 granddaughters who were looking for sensory toys. The two young ladies at the front were extremely helpful in their recommendations and we left with two bags full! Will definitely return in the near future as we had a great experience.

I had to go in earlier this week to get a few things for Black History Month. When I went in, I was greeted almost instantly with pleasant smiles from the young ladies working. Sadly, due to the demand for items that I wanted, what I was looking for in particular was out of stock, but the staff was VERY helpful in reimagining my particular vision, they also even offered to get the items shipped from another store for me. I even think my bulletin board turned out better with some of their suggestions!

My six year old daughter and I went into the Knowledge Tree on Dexter Rd today and we experienced terrible customer service! We were not greeted even though I spoke and when we were at the register to check out instead of being asked did we find everything we needed or were we ready to check out we were IGNORED! I spoke with the manager Meredith and she did absolutely nothing! I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone ! I will be contacting corporate as well.
