Professional is the main word I would use. The ladies who work there are very knowledgeable, and are eager to help you do whatever you need. Their prices are reasonable and they have quick and efficient service. All of this explains why they are number one in their field.

They screwed up my graduation announcements 3 times before getting it right a fourth time and making them late. When I asked to speak with someone above them like a supervisor they said "that's not how it works here." The people there are rude and completely incompetent. They were only going to give me half off after the third screw up and I fought for a full refund. They also said the announcements were shipped and I would recieve them the following day. When they did not arrive I called the company to find out the announcements were never sent. I ended up receiving them the day before graduation. My dad ended up printing my announcements at work because he works for a printing company and those were better than everything jostens ever sent. THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
