I received a letter from Joseph with a detail quote, when I called him , and said I got a quote from him, he almost seemed like he did not send it, sent me a new quote 2.5 times higher then the quote he mailed me.

Horrible service and unprofessional. I received a quote from him in seconds on Jan 2024. I emailed him inquiries regarding my quote, and he did not email me back with answers to my questions. He called me to go over the quote, but I requested that he formally emails me with all my inquires and he never did. After 3 follow up emailed on my behalf he never responded to my questions. I will be complaining about his office & service to ALL State corporate. I will be attaching all email threads.

My overall experience with Allstate insurance company was outstanding. My experience with my agent Mr. Alexander, and the office assistant, Miss Ebony was fantastic. They both placed my insurance needs as top priority and provided excellent customer service.

I have requested multiple times via email to work with me and trying to get my premium reduced. I suggested a higher deductible and all I got back was why my insurance increase and I could add an automobile to reduce it. That was not my question and my question has yet to be answered even though I've sent three to four emails in the last month. My previous agent of 31 years was awesome and always was very responsive to any needs we asked of him.

Please stay clear of this guy he's not trustworthy he lied to me several times after getting insurance through him he went up on my insurance without telling me my homeowners insurance then told me my Mortgage Company wanted me to go up on my insurance, please if you want to go with Allstate please find someone else to go through. Then it's hard to get in touch with him if you need some help with something.

Joseph Alexander and his team are great! They are very helpful and thorough. Joseph helped me bundle vehicles and homes to get a lower rate. We were with geico for years, but left quickly when Joseph saved us over $2000 a year.
