Delivery delivery review only for nowWe purchased a refridg.on 4.9.24. it was delivered in a timely manner as scheduled at 1230 pm. The drivers arrived to a tree limb on nice size falling down. They took the time to move it to the roadside for me.The large refridg was handled with care.they used cardboard boxes to lessen floor streaking. My house was respected anything moved or other was placed back. They were friendly greeted me explained how long the cool down would take. Super nice guys. I will rate my purchase later. I can say fridge was clean. Looks to be functioning. We got 60 day warranty. 600$. Delivery 100$ I like to tip great service so I did. Will review fridge functioning later. Great job to delivery team

After I spoke to the owner, he waited on four customers who were NOT there before me. I rarely ever leave a negative review, but he made me wait 30-45 minutes on Christmas Eve and I would not recommend going there.

I bought a French door refrigerator from them for 400, weeks all know how expensive French door refrigerators are 1,000 plus but it works great you should definitely buy from here because it’s worth it.

I found this shop while looking for a place to recycle a microwave. I took the microwave to their location, and they removed it from my vehicle. I took a look around the shop and would check them the next time I need an appliance. You can ask them to reach out to you if you are looking for a side/side or GE white or renovating apartments, need 10 stainless refrigerators-please remove/recycle 10 white ones. They include things which are an extra fee other places such as delivery and install. I am happy that they are able to make good use of my microwave which only had one part that had gone bad (but could not be replaced).

A completely horrible experience. I bought a nice washer/dryer set. It was one of the higher priced sets so I had expectation there would be some level of quality. Within the 60 day warranty period the pump on the washer went out. I called and scheduled a repairman under the warranty. It took several phone calls and three weeks waiting for the repair man to come out. It was looked over and I was told that the part would be ordered.Two weeks later I call to check in (I had to ring 11 phonecalls over three days to get anyone to pick up) and was told its on order. Two weeks later, its on order. Two weeks later. Its on order. A total of 9 weeks went by, when I was told that the part had never been ordered and would not be ordered because it was discontinued. So everything else told to me before was a lie to put me off! Under the warranty, I would receive a different washer of equal value.Reading back, it took a total of 39 calls to get to this point.5 weeks after that, with numerous more calls to get them to bring what they owe, I had a washer delivered that was not worth half the value of the one I bought. But it was clean and I don't have a big family so I wasn't going to fight over it.It made rough noises the first load of laundry I ran. I managed to get three loads of laundry out of it before it stopped working entirely. I call to request a repair and was told that it would not be under warranty and I would have to pay for repair service. They brought a BROKEN washer as a replacement! The amount I was quoted for repair would be MORE than a new washer!I bought a new washer. Money is not the issue. Principal is the issue. If you manage to get a working washing machine out of this place it is by luck. If you have to use the warranty in any way, then you're going to regret coming here. They WILL NOT hold up to it.

Will never come back here again. Sold a washer/dryer set that did not work initially. It took a month and multiple calls to get the technician to fix the washer. He came out multiple times and it was finally fixed. Then the dryer went out. Received a replacement that was horrible. It collects lint and it leaks. I don't know how a dryer leaks. I never got a call regarding the previous dryer that they told me they will fix and redeliver. I never heard back from them.

I recently visited this business to possibly buy a dryer. I was greeted by a sales clerk and was shown several used items. I was not interested in the items I saw, because they were a little over priced for used dryers and they looked well worn.
