I think I was over charged for the job performed. I fail to understand why a diagnostic needed to be done for a glove compartment repair. I had to pay $186 for the glove box to be able to close when I explained to the technician what was going on. Paying that amount to repair the damage is absurd.

The service advisor was very welcoming when I arrived, reminded me of my next oil change and provided recommendations on my tire performance. I enjoyed my service visit.

My experience was AMAZING! Joshua has the best personality and I appreciate his patience with me as I was anxious about the entire process. He was very engaging and made the process of purchasing my vehicle a breeze. Jimmy was equally awesome for explaining the finance part of my journey and made sure I had a clear understanding of everything. Steve in the service department was very nice and made me feel like I will never have to worry about getting the best service when needed. I would and will recommend this dealership and Joshua to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Amazing job guys! Thank you so much!!

Our service is always top of the line at Jim Keras. The service manager is very responsive and accomodating. My car was washed which is such a perk for me. We don't go anywhere else.

I dropped my car off with a scheduled appt on August 1st to be covered under a transmission recall. I was not regularly updated, and had to call my service agent many times for updates. My car was finally completed on August 29th, with the service agent informing me of *more* work that was recommended. I am frustrated that it took them that long, and that it was not more transparent. The loss of income I sustained without a vehicle was substantial, and I do not feel like my agent was understanding of this, even though it was mentioned. I will not be returning.

My experience was really good. The service technicians were friendly and the customer lounge was great. I was there to get a oil change. In the the description was you receive a oil change with complementary tire rotation and carwash. However, I did not receive the car wash even after mentioning it to the representative when I arrived. Other than that I had no issues at Jim Keras Chevrolet.

Brought my truck in for a water leak on August 6th. Told the service representative that it was either the antenna or the windshield since I didn't have a sunroof. Promised update calls and received none , actually had to call to get a status update made me feel awkward like I was pestering , but when you say you'll do something you should follow through.
Took over 96 hours to "complete" the job. I called for a status update and they said it was done. When I went to accept custody of my vehicle I opened the door to only see that all of my interior trim was taken apart and not put together properly. (They did adjudicate it once I pointed it out but , this shouldn't have even been an issue). Waited around for a half hour or so standing in the parking lot to have it actually be completed. When I got home I inspected the job site and looking at the windshield up by the headliner there is silicone adhesive smeared about, all over the upper part of my windshield as well as my headliner, rushed job that was put on the back burner. Unfortunately i was the one that paid the price. A high volume maintenance dealership that is quantity over quality maintenance. My time is very valuable, and it was taken advantage of by not meeting metrics on deliverables and quality maintenance.
