I found an amazing dog with no collar. Or he found me on one of those 100 degree days He was very large and I could not house him, even temporarily. They told me to bring him in and they would see if he was chipped. He was! They handled getting him back to his owner for me. I was very impressed.

I've been to Utopia Animal Hospital twice, and both times the vets and vet techs there have been professional, knowledgeable, and gentle with my cats. This last time, I was in the sad position of having to put down a stray cat, who came to me for care. It was a hard decision but after listening to the assessment of Dr Graham and the vet tech, Jessica, who looked over the cat, it was obvious that this kitty was suffering immensely and that the kindest thing to do was to let him go. Both women were extremely kind before, during, after the process and made it more bearable. Utopia is a gem and will be my go to Veterinary hospital from now on.

My husband and I moved to Memphis 15 months ago with our two cats (15 and 16 y.o.), who were adopted as kittens in Mexico. Sadly, our 15 y.o. Ruby needed to be put to rest a month ago. Not being experienced with Memphis veterinarians, we contacted Utopia based on a social media review. We were overwhelmed with the compassionate reception and assistance provided by the entire staff. It was a very sad, difficult day for us, made a little easier by the calm, sensitive approach demonstrated not only to us but to our sweet Ruby. We are grateful for their professionalism wrapped in real kindness and understanding. We now have a place to go for future veterinary services in Memphis.

Was able to get an appointment quickly, easy check in, fantastic employees including the vet. First visit for both my new cats who were both remarkably calm in the capable hands of the capable vet Dr Jen and helper - Katie? Cats were immediately calm and bonded immediately with the two! Billing was fair and simple. Both cats completely healthy 10 months later!

Dr. Clay is fantastic, and the staff are great with our animals. The billing however can be a nightmare. As long as you are careful with your bills to avoid any double or triple billing, this is a great place to take your animals. There are also many robo calls from this business. Recently, they have started occasionally refunding some older electronic payments, and then they call and text you repeatedly asking for payment and saying the payment was never made and is late after they accidently refunded it. Plan to keep your receipts, because I have been double billed and was fortunate to have used a credit card to prove I had already paid for their services, but otherwise, I wholeheartedly recommend this place because of the great care they give.

Dr Jen and her staff are the best. They are compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, professional, personal and have a wonderful way with my cats. I appreciate that the office isn't run like an impersonal money making machine. I love that Utopia deeply cares for our stray and homeless animal population and helps reunite lost pets with their owners. Thank you Dr Jen and staff, you are much appreciated in the community.

We've been clients almost since Dr. Jen opened. She took care of our dog and helped him cross the rainbow bridge in the most kind and caring way possible. She has continued to care for our (now) geriatric cats. We highly recommend Utopia!

We love Dr.Jen and the whole staff at Utopia!!! Unfortunately I had to have my 10 yr old Lexi and my 14 yr old Gracie, put to sleep. I could not have asked for a more loving place to do so. They are so compassionate!!! I highly recommend Utopia!!!

Utopia animal hospital is a great place to take your fur babies! Dr Clay went to UC Davis veterinarian school, which is one of the top animal colleges! I feel very secure in knowing my pets are getting the very best treatment they can have. The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable. I even found a Groupon for a wellness check. I highly recommend Dr. Clay and her team!! They are the best!

Love them! Dr. Clay and staff are so wonderful with my dog. When we recently inherited a Cocker Spaniel, they got her in as soon as they were able to for grooming.

My dog, Stormy, came here for her shots and it was great. But... Stormy got real sick just over a week ago. My hubby had to take her in and they let me participate by phone! I was so worried and could not get off of work. They took care of Stormy and me! Stormy has recovered and is back to normal. I am so grateful for the care of my dog and also her overprotective worried mom.

If you're looking for a compassionate and affordable animal expert, Dr. clay at Utopia is your vet. She and the staff at Utopia go above and beyond to provide great care to their animal patients. Appointments can almost always be made right away, and Dr. Clay is as attentive to the animals as she is to their protective parents. I drive past at least three other animal clinics to continue to give my business to Utopia because of the wonderful care the entire staff shows to its clients.
