the new man there whos name starts with a j is horrible. i spent 4 hours there for a silk press and somebody else had to finish my hair!!! and he was extremely rough, my scalp still hurts. most horrible service i have ever gotten. he needs to find another line of workService: Hairstyling

While shopping about a month ago at JCP and decided to get a trim on my already short haircut. Since the pandemic, I had been going to Supercuts who had cut my near shoulder-length hair to a super short cut and did it for only $17. I tipped her a good amount since the cut was so cheap and she did a good job. I have not paid more than $17-25 for a dry hair cut and expected to pay that range for a trim at JCP. My presumption costed me dearly! When I went to pay, the stylist told me it would be $45 dollars! I said $45 dollars for a dry trim on an already short cut? She said yes, it's because I'm the Manager. What! I reluctantly paid the $45 and then felt compelled to tip for some stupid reason. I was completely ripped off and will never go back to this salon again. Please make sure you get an agreed price beforehand and don't do something stupid like I did. You will be ripped off! Heading back to Supercuts!

I am so upset with JC Penny. I ordered two pair of boots for a Christmas gift. Tracking says it has been shipped but the store says it's not there. I called the store in Southaven Towne Ctr several times but no one will answer the phone. They have charged my card but I still don't have my merchandise. I am sooo disappointed. Can't talk to anyone including the manager. This is no way to run your business. Frustrated!!!!!
