We always have a great experience at James Gattas. Their jewelry is gorgeous, their prices are very competitive, and their customer service is impeccable. On our most recent trip, we were assisted by Nell; who took the time to sit down and consult with us about what we really wanted and then helped us find the perfect piece for my wife. They even gave us a nice discount off the retail price. There are a number of options in Memphis for fine jewelry, but we find ourselves always going back to James Gattas because of the quality and value of their jewelry and the overall luxury experience. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

This post is long overdue. I’m sharing a post about my wonderful experience with Tori last summer and fall. What made her so phenomenal is that she came in on the middle of my custom design project and carried it smoothly through completion. In addition to her follow up her personality is what I was most impressed with. It is often hard to get good service anywhere these days and when you find it you feel as though you’ve struck gold. Tori was indeed golden, with her kindness, patience and professionalism. Please don’t ever change that sweet spirit.

Nell helped my fiancé and me pick out our wedding rings. She was unbelievably kind and helpful. We both went in with a vision of what we wanted and we walked out with rings we did not envision originally, but they are even more beautiful and perfect thank we could ever have expected. My fiancée and I hold James Gattas Jewelers in a very special place in our hearts! Today completed the journey that started back in October of 2022, when I began the process for my fiancée’s engagement ring! Jessica was kind, helpful, patient, and exceedingly knowledgeable during the process of customizing the right ring for my fiancé. Jay helped us complete the process with our wedding bands! James Gattas Jewelers in Memphis, Tennessee is a very friendly and helpful jewelry store! My husband and I drive approximately 4 hours each time we decide to purchase, repair or replace any of our jewelry! They are so knowledgeable and willing to meet our desires with each purchase.
