I'm here on Cleveland Ave at Jackson Hewitt and the man said he gotta go take his wife somewhere ,are u fa real ? u have a customer here trying to get my taxes filled out, yall need to have more workers here, how can u leave your job if it was an emergency that's different, bur come on Jackson Hewitt do better

You have my tax documents in the your office . I was not informed of this location only being open around tax time. My Job requires me to travel and i was unable to get there before season closed , enabling me to file my 2022 taxes and suffering hardship . Its the health insurance info i need .

I enjoy filing my taxes here they always have the best associates. My tax preparer Kalyson at the Cleveland location is great at her job. I love working with her because she does her best every time. I get more than I expect and I get my taxes back within a month of filing them every time.I will be seeing her again every year. Thank you Kalyson and Jackson Hewitt.

The staff was very helpful and respectful there wasn't a long wait soon as I walked in I was greeted and got my taxes tooking care off the office was clean and I'm very likely to return next year to file again

10/10 RECOMMENDI Normally do my own taxes but was having issues this year so I spoke to Kay on the phone and with her helping me out over the phone pulled me in and now I will continue to see her every tax season
