Well FOLKS. I give this place an A1 10 out of 10 review.They were so helpful and so friendly. In our situation they had to order My windshield, the cost was better than anyone. And attention to detail was impeccable. And helping us find food and a hotel and other places we may have needed.***** and **** did such a great job. So despite the haters on here. I highly recommend this company that's located at the **************, ** location. This windshield has been put to the test with freezing temperatures and MASSIVE HARD POURING rain and wind that should have put strain on any car windshield and their work has held up perfectly...despite what they had to work with...my car is ****...dented roof line...warped front end...but it looks like a new car with what they installed. I DEEPLY APPRECIATE AND THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOUR TOP NOTCH SERVICE !

I took my car at 8am . I had 8 am appointment, and I didn't get the car until 430pm. Today is raining, and they didn't connect the windshield wipers. So I have no car until Monday when they are opened again!!!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I scheduled a mobile repair for March 6. They arrived on time. After a few minutes they called me and I came outside. The glass they had brought with them had a big scratch that could not be buffed out. They said that they would have the ladies in the office order another glass. I tried calling for over 2 weeks and the phone just rang and would eventually disconnect. My State Farm agent also attempted to phone to find out what the issue was since Jack Morris actually filed the claim. For 1 week my agent had the same result; no one answers the phone. To date I have heard absolutely nothing from them . I have advised my agent not to send anyone else to them. Since they were sold customer service is nonexistant!

Saved me $850 that the dealership wanted to charge me. Glad I got a second opinion. Family owned and friendly atmosphere was nice, too.

Great service, availability sooner than expected. Rating a 4 only because it can take multiple attempts to get through on the phone and if you submit an online request it takes longer than 48 hours to hear back. They conveniently file insurance claims as well.

It seems that Jack Morris on Union didn't want my business. My car has had a trash bag as its window for the past week, because I wanted to support a long-standing local business rather than book somewhere else. Jack Morris didn't answer my insurance agent's calls - twice. They didn't pick up the phone for me *four times* over the course of the past week. They didn't respond to my appointment request through their website either. All calls were attempted during their posted business hours.Maybe they're overwhelmed with work, maybe they're not working enough. Maybe it's just a wildly improbable string of bad luck on my part. Whatever's going on over there, I just couldn't wait any longer. I have to get my window elsewhere.

The customer service and the workmanship at this Jack Morris Auto Glass location is superb. The staff worked quickly and efficiently to get me back on the road as soon as they could. Today's experience with the Union location was horrible and disappointing! I have used their services several times in the past and for the most part, have been satisfied. However, today's front desk customer service was by far the WORST I've experienced in a very long time. First, my appointment was scheduled on the wrong date (small issue- they were still able to get me in). Secondly, they quoted me one price and at check out, the price almost doubled. Originally, I called in March and received a quote. I called again on May 4th and received the same quote for $250 and scheduled. The final bill was $471.00 and I could not understand why. The lady who I assumed was the manager (she sat at the desk away from the front counter) came over to assist. Because my original quote was not far above my insurance deductible, I decided to pay out of pocket. This lady had the gall and audacity to ask me, in a condescending and snarky manner, why I didn't pay with my deductible anyway (when the bill was only $250). I was LIVID, what business is it of yours how I choose to use my money?? UNACCEPTABLE. OUTRAGEOUS.Perhaps if the same energy was given to making sure the office staff quotes and schedules properly, I would not have to write this review. Furthermore, if you are allergic to cats, chose another location because there is a large cat that sits on the counter and lerks around while the staff eats their lunch at the front counter and greets customers.I noticed in the reviews there was a response to favorable reviews, let's see if I get a response.Jack Morris @ Union - DO BETTER!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

My experience with this company was horrible. They never answer their phones. They gave me the run around for weeks. They quote you one price & triple the price when you arrive. The secretaries don’t speak when you walk in. Go some where else & save yourself the time & hassle. Also, prepare to be left on hold for 13 to 17 minuets each time you call & the phone will occasionally disconnect when you’re on hold. They rush you off the phone mid conversation & are very unprofessional. Worst time consuming experience ever!

I have used this business for over 30 years and loved and referred them, I had called yesterday and was put on hold for about 4 to 5 minutes, I was trying to make arrangements to have a windshield repair performed. I was told the mobile service was booked out for 3 weeks. She said come into the shop, wait and they will work me in. So, I went in this morning 15 minutes before they opened and was the first person in the door, someone walked in when I was trying to ask what I needed to do and a customer steps up and says I have an appointment, I was then told to wait, I thought they would go back to talking to me after helping that person, but no another man walks in the door and again I was told to wait as they had an appointment.I then told them I had been coming there for many years and never had experienced anything like this.My question is, why was I not told the night before that to have the privilege of being respected by a business I need an appointment.One thing I have learned in my 71 years, treat people with respect and you will grow, don't and in time you will not exist. IE: Sears, A&P, Treasury, JB Hunter, I can go on.I wish you this best, I really do, all I wanted was 2 minutes of their time to see if I could continue being a loyal customer.Service: Auto windshield repair
