I had a windshield put in at the end of July...first they left my antenna off and my windshield washer won't spray...at dealer ship today and they did a minor check and informed there is a high likelihood that it was left unplugged...wanted to charge me 179.00 and i said no....Jack Morris i am very very disappointed with the service i received....I will never ever come back to any location...and will tell family and friends how i have been treated......???????

Terrible terrible experience. If I could rate them zero stars I would. Wasted 3 days messing with them trying to get my glass. Ordered it wrong 3 times then when it came In had me wait up there all day and then told me the glass was cracked in the box. They didn’t check it when it came In.

Got a back glass put in my vehicle they lost my close button for my back door and my back wiper arm was going the wrong way went back and they fixed my wiper arm but the manager told me as far as my button it's my word against her and her glass tech

Terrible service told me an appointment time and to go to another location on Winchester and they stated they were unable to do terrible customer service they never answer the phone to help me sort the problem out would never recommend them EVER!!!

Second trip to Jack Morris Union. First trip they kept my car for 5 hours and did absolutely nothing, and told me there were error codes for the camera and wanted to keep it over the weekend. They are closed Saturday and Sunday. I assume that they at least replaced the glass. Nothing. Dropped off at 11am and went to pick up at 4pm. Manager told me he only found out an hour prior to me arriving to pick up my car that they were unable to recalibrate that the total time would take 5 hours. I informed him that they had my car for 5 hours and didn’t even call me or my husband. He told me to bring it back next Friday and he would make it a priority. Second trip, worst than the first! Dropped my car off at 9:44am waited for a phone call all day, did not receive one. We headed back up there to pick up my car. Windshield was replaced this time but told I would have to come back to have the recalibration completed. I am frustrated at this point because I was told it would be made priority. We out back to get my car and their is a crack on the left hand side of the frame of the car around the windshield. It stuck out like a sore thumb because someone used a sharpie to try to cover it up and in the sun it had a purple tint on the paint. I rubbed it and the marker came off on my finger. I saw the woman I spoke to outside and headed toward her to complain about the damage to my car. All she could come up with was excuses. We explained to her that I am on the interstate driving and the separation on the frame was not safe. Had to call my insurance to do a claim. Taking my car home I was following my husband and he suddenly pulls off the side of road and I followed. The right side frame around the windshield was flapping in the wind and almost flew off. Had to put in inside my car before I lost it. I have used Jack Morris several times in the past as my family has too and have never experienced poor customer service or such poor quality and shoddy work as I have today. They do not even deserve a single star but I can’t post this. 5/24/24

This place is horrible! I pay them to come change my windshield and recalibrate. Guy comes and changes the windshield no problem, guy can’t get the program to work for my truck so I was told I need to go up to the Union store. He said it would be quick. I go in and tell them the situation and they accommodate me. 2 hours later they still can’t get it done. There’s guys out driving my truck around when I mention the tire size( I googled “windshield calibration problems” while I was waiting.) They promptly tell me they can’t do it because of my tire size. I asked why they never mentioned it before, they said it’s up to the customer to tell them. I said the customers don’t know that true size has anything to do with windshield calibration. They said my guys don’t know what larger tires look like. I said Hellen Keller can tell you that my tires aren’t factory size. They said they’re not 4 wheel experts. I got mad at that point. I said give me my money back then. They said you paid with a company check the previous day so they’d have to mail me the refund. Then I say give me my keys so I can leave. They tell me the guys are still out driving it around. So they tell to come to the shop after I’ve already had a mobile app, wait 2 hours, tell me they can’t do it because of a problem that they should be able to identify within 5 seconds of looking at the truck, tell me they can’t refund me immediately and then I can’t even leave because my truck is being driven around by these incompetent morons. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my truck to get back. I told them they suck and left. Upon arriving back at work, I find another customers keys in my car. I seriously considered keeping them to screw those ladies at the front desk that were so stupid and rude. I decided to take them back up there and toss them on the counter, called them morons and left again. I’ll never go back.

Used Jack Morris all my Life.
No more after today.
Tech replaced a rear windshield at our home. All cameras working before he did. None after he replaced the windshield.
Told to drive an hour to Union Ave to get it made right.
Then told its a dealership issue. Spoke to a supervisor who politely said they don't deal with that.
So apparently, they replace glass but don't make correct what THEY make malfunction when they do.....using Safelite forward....

I had my windshield replaced in begging of the year . Then I had to go back because they forgot to adhere my automatic starter sensor to the windshield because it was just dangling and my rear view mirror kept falling down so they had to fix that as well . Then I saw where the rubber/hard plastic that adheres to the bottom of my windshield is just sticking out . There’s no debris or anything causing it to do that so I asked them to show me exactly and the MANAGER BRIGETTE was VERY RUDE the young ladies in the office were extremely nice . The young lady asked Brigette would she get the service tech to show me exactly what’s going on with my car and BRIGETTE said”I’m not concerned with that right now I need the ticket on the Mercedes we’ll get to her issue when we’re done” . I told the young lady that that was rude and she kept apologizing but she didn’t do anything it was Brigette . I WON’T BE BACK !!

My window is making a scratching and rubbing noise when going up or down. My door handle was accidentally broken when doing the window repair.They took responsibility to replace the door handle.Now when you open the door there's a loud popping sound. Also, the person damaged my wood grain when fixing my car window and acted as if it was broken in a pieces and it was on the floor. When the car was broken into a clip was broken off the wood grain, however it was not broken. Needless, to say i'm disappointed.

The staff took care of replacing my windshield same-day drop off. They even helped get the windshield wipers one-track after getting home and noticing days later that they were off after the installation. Office staff very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. And the office English bulldog, Rowdy, steals hearts as he greets folks politely and gets pets. Great experience all-around!

I needed 2 windows in my car replaced after a break-in the week of the giant snow storm and although getting the glass in was delayed due to their distributor being closed, they still got me in and fixed as soon as they could! Alexis was so friendly and kind. They even cleaned out the remaining glass in my backseat that I had not had time to deal with yet.

I have used JMAG for windshield replacements in the past and was happy with the service. My last time there was not as good. When I was picking up my car, I was informed that two rubber pieces at the base of the windshield were "dry rotted" and unfit to be reinstalled. They function to keep leaves and other debris from falling down under the hood into the engine compartment. The pieces were returned to me, and I have inspected them. They are not dry rotted, they are flexible, not cracked and completely solid. However they have been damaged by some blade, I assume in the windshield removal process. They have obvious cut marks and slashes in the rubber. My conclusion is that the repairman damaged them accidentally during the removal process. JMAG is now gaslighting me, trying to make me think they are dry rotted when they were actually damaged by their employee. I have complained through their complaint process, and the best they will do is: "If I purchase new ones, they will install them for me". One star.

I made an appointment and came here to have a window put in my truck. After spending a few hours I was told they ordered the wrong piece of glass. Their compensation for this was to give me a $10 discount (3 hours of my time).. Whatever and sure, I said I would return after Christmas to have it done. Now the day after Christmas they no longer will honor the very small compensation offered.. Huge waste of time and not to be taken at their word.
