My arthritis was acting up and I wanted to purchase a Rollator in case it got severe once again. Got a prescription from my Rheumatologist and went in to look at their inventory. The sales person was friendly and helpful. The variety and number of offerings, including simple walkers, was much better than the drug stores. They arranged reimbursement from Medicare. They even had power lift recliners, which I should have considered before purchasing mine from a home furnishings business.

We purchased a lift chair, worked through some issues and got the correct sized chair. Customer service with Mitch was excellent. Our chair has a 3 year warranty on electrical and 9 years on everything else.

I called the location on Mendenhall and expressed my issue I had with my grandmother's Powerchair and they connected me with Robert at the Warehouse for all my technical needs. Robert guided me step by step on what I needed to complete to get the Powerchair working again. I would definitely recommend...

Leadership and service start at the top with Integrity Home Medical. The manager delivered a medical supply needed the same day to meet my mother's need on short notice. I was aware of their business being short-staffed. I was thrilled when only a few hours later, the item was delivered which was a huge safety need. You can count on them to exceed expectations.

The young lady was very rude and unwelcoming. When I arrived to the store I was told by the gentleman that she would be with me in one moment. I patiently waited. The gentleman came and took my prescription and asked for insurance card and ID once he saw that a machine had to be ordered he said that she would have the help me. She glanced at the prescription and immediately said well what type of insurance does she have. He said BCBS she then said what kind…”tenncare” he was like no regular. Then she rudely said well I can’t order until we have your clinical notes. I said, ok. So I went to have a seat. So after waiting about 7 minutes she came over and said well you can go run a few errands or something because I called your doctor’s office and they are out to lunch. I said ok still trying to figure out why her tone is so rude when addressing me. After waiting the gentleman came over and said she get you taken care of real soon. She then told him I already told her it’s going to be a minute and she could come back. So, after waiting I decided to check my online patient portal to see if the notes would help. I said ma’am I have my records online will that help she immediately responded I don’t know how you can get it to me to print off. I said ma’am I was just trying to help. To be sick and mistreated is a horrible feeling. I can’t breathe and had to get strength to leave to take my business elsewhere. FYI: it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. She was extremely rude for no reason.

I will not recommend. Tammy could never get the medical equipment needed correct. Spoke with her 3 days prior and kept saying she would call back when it was available. When she finally called back it was not the original order and wanted to get really short and angry when tried to explain. My experience with this company is they try and over book and can't supply. JUST BE HONEST! Don't lead customer s and make promises you can't fulfill..
