This organization is NOT without its frustrations, the disfunction starts at the top and then seems to trickle down. However, Becky at this location is WONDERFUL! How refreshing to find someone at IAAI that cares about their customers that has common sense! IAAI... promote this lady!!!! You NEED more of her!!!
