Had a great experience. It is extremely refreshing to have a local bank that truly cares about the individual and the community as a whole. Greatly appreciate the personal interest the staff showed in helping me receive my loan.

I have had the pleasure to Know and work with Clintons- JD, Hurst and Denver. They are pillars of the community and truly care! Unlike national Big boxes, they (entire bank included) take a personal interest and extreme customer service!

Super nice folks. We've made a lot of money together over the last few years. One of the previous reviews states that this bank won't do investment properties - that is simply not true.

This banks pretty much sucks about everyway possible. Most, if not all, branches are closed on Saturday, which the day most people are off work go the bank. Loan interest rates are also no competitive, so don't even think about applying for a loan.

The hours of this bank are horrible, especially for a Friday, they close before anyone gets off work, wish I could give it a zero rating, plus the staff at this location are very rude and stuck up, not friendly at all, never a smile or greeting, just a look like you're bothering them,.....

What is sad about this bank in Brownsville, Tn, is they didnt even ask why I was closing my account. Wow! You would think they would ask why? Maybe you should think about ALL your customers.

I could not be more unhappy with this bank I attempted to form a relationship with. I worked with Jay Crews in the East Memphis branch as he came highly recommended from a client of mine and I reached out to him and explained to him that I was an investor here in Memphis and invested in properties in East Memphis (Colonial Acres) I explained to him the type of properties we purchase, terms we traditionally look for, etc. He said all of that was doable and I proceeded with sending him all of my financials to support what I was trying to do in early August. Days and weeks would go by with no response and unresponsive to voicemails, emails, texts, etc. It would take multiple days and sometimes weeks just to get back a reply. Over 3 months later he then proceeds to tell me that the decision makers are not from around Memphis and rentals really are not their thing, then proceeded to tell me he had to go by and take pictures of properties to send to them so they could get an idea of the area they were in. Yes, in today's day and age of Google maps, street view, online property values and assessments of neighborhoods all publicly available online he was requested to go take pictures. Mind you, I had no official offers on properties so I'm not sure what he was going to take pictures of. Besides, if his superiors were so conservative and out of touch as it relates to the Memphis market, why not tell me beforehand and we could save a lot of time, hassle, and energy if rentals "were not their thing" Nonetheless, I was advised in early November he was still working on this and he would "get this done" for me. Nothing major, just a simple line of credit to work with as it relates to 1-2 investment properties. It is now the end of November and my last attempt to reach back out was 11 days ago. No response, no courtesy of a reply, nothing. Needless to say, if you are an investor and considering using this bank, look elsewhere. It does not matter if your financials are strong or not, they will delay you for months while you miss out on opportunities to proceed with investments/purchases. STAY AWAY! Complete waste of time....
