Someone stole my phone and sold it to them. I tracked it with find my iPhone and the location tracked backed to their location. I went there and was told me they didn’t have it. Pressed the bottom to track my phone while in the store and heard the alarm sounding in the back. So I called the police and said that I was going to give this place a terrible reputation of the truth wasn’t reviled. At the end of the day… I got my phone back. And PSA. Spend your hard earned money with people that looks like you. And width people who is going to give back to our community. Not with people that’s trying to take advantage of our kind. Took my phone to get repaired & spent damn near $200 on repairs just for the screen to be repaired & it only worked 2 months & the phone is worst than it was before...screen was just cracked & now the phone blacks out freezes up slows down & the letters press by their selves...put another type of casing on my phone & made it fatter & won't fit any of my cases & gone say all he did was fix the screen & gave me a case like that would help & the case was for another phone that was bigger which is the reason The case was not made for my phone...went back 4 or 5 times about my phone not coming on & tried to blame my phone saying it was doing this before when only the screen was cracked & worked better with a cracked screen...will never return & they are terrible in customer service

They place is honest and fantastic!Literally, they always give me the most competitive rates.I also left my phone in their store and they retrieved it for me and returned it to me damage free. I was worried that they would’ve maybe stripped my iphone and sold it, but they didn’t.If you’re in the Memphis are, please check them out! You wont be disappointed!
