PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE !!!!This store will mess up your phone and try to charge you again to fix it.I went here to get my camera lens replaced after it cracked and picture quality was still perfectly fine. After they changed my lens out, my camera was not focusing at all, like they did something to the camera bulb . And when I told them they refused to try to fix it without charging me. And telling me that they have nothing to do with it. But my camera was clear until after they touched it.

Went here for a new phone cuz my old one was tripping, these folks really over charged me for the phone, but that’s not the point, they charged me for the charger and it was a FAKE APPLE CHARGER! I put this on charger at 12:30pm mind you, it’s supposed to be a fast charger, I woke up at 7:30am and my phone was not even at 100% and as I’m typing this right not at 8:18am, my phone is STILL not at 100%! PLEASE DONT BE LIKE ME SPEND YO MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

Customer service terrible. Called very polite and asked a simple question and they had an attitude. Not to mention depending on who answers they’re giving different prices

They will try to overcharge you if they can, dude told me they charge $20 for a SIM card tray for a iPhone 11!! Walmart literally had them for $6…. Makes sense why they always empty. I use to be an avid customer but learn it’s cheaper and easier just to go through a cell phone carrier

Best wireless store in the USA at all ,am not exaggerating...honestly they got everything u need related to wireless Apple Samsung Motorola name it they have ,gaming system's Xbox ps5 Nintendo whatever u need they got it ....great customer service...in top all that I forget to mention they have the best tech support in the USA...fixing any kind of phone or tablet within no time ....keep it up guys

In & Out Wireless is a rip off & doesn't back their products. I purchased three 4 wheelers for kids that caused a serious injury due to the chain coming off and the steering wheel was too loose, I was told that they assemble the 4 Wheeler's in the store and whoever assembled them did a faulty job. I returned all three of the 4 Wheelers to the store after numerous issues to get a full return. I only had the three 4 Wheelers in my possession for a total of six days total. I returned all three of the 4 Wheelers to the store because of safety. issues and because they would not crank. They were suppose to repair the three 4 Wheelers, I received a call to come pick the three 4 Wheelers back up and they still would not start.. This ordeal has been a nightmare for me, because they never actually returned the three 4 Wheelers to take them of off my accounts with both********************** and ***********************. I have called them repeatedly and I am now getting the run a round by In & Out Wireless. I want a full refund and for them to clear this up with the finance companies and remove this off of my credit file.
