I ordered 6 2050 windows , 1 3050, and 1 2030, however, they gave me the wrong windows. They said I ordered 20×50, 30×50 and 20×30. Being in the industry , you would think they would know those are specific windows. Lori is the female who took my order. They would not honor their mistake. Totally a waist on money. I wouldn't recommend buying a boiled eggg from them.

I ordered 13 windows from them over a period of 2 years and was very happy with the service and price. Definitely recommend them over a big box store.

Going to Lowes to order windows :1st trip :nobody there that knew how to order windows- 1hour2nd trip:got them ordered in less than 3 hours3rd trip :we can't find them, no here they are! - 1.5 hours4th trip :taking the windows back because they don't fit and trying to reorder them - 2 hoursOrdering from Imperial :Call them , tell them what I want , pay for them 3 minutes 18 seconds
